There are huge warm-up pools that will hurt your domain reputation if you jump in them. Luella makes both a piece of cake. Can't say how much I love the personal servers for warm-up and the security they provide for deliverability. They also integrate very easily with most sequencers and other sales tools. What I like the most is that it was built exactly at the right time for cold email after Google's latest policies of emailing.
