What do you like best about LucidLink?

LucidLink has worked exactly OR better than sold/expected. The onboarding, knowledge of the product, support responsivness and easy implementation all favorites so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LucidLink?

The more local data center is not currently avaliable but performance has NOT been compromised. The current version of the LucidApp will only allow mounting 1 filespace. The next version (which i have seen in action) will allow more than 2 filespace mounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?

We recently merged with a smaller firm that had zero IT infastructure. We were having all of our newly merged employees remote in to a local workstation to work. Now LucidLink allows users multiple geographic locations to author in the same Revit model with out hosting our model in Autodesk's cloud solution. We will not be buying another SAN device for our production data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
