What do you like best about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite?

Lucid Chart focused on a solid tool. Having used similar tools in their industry, many have too much going on and often get buggy. Lucid is always a solid load, easy to export, share etc. It's a well made product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite?

I wish there were more icon sets more for my industry, less IT-hardware specific. I'm often times visualizing how an ecommerce-related page would look, and a few modern website oriented icons would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
