Lucco Boss is a business system and AI chatbot for Malaysian SMEs, built by Lucco Technology in Johor Bahru. The AI chatbot answers customers on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and your website 24/7, using your own prices and hours. In the same chat it books appointments, sends quotations, invoices and pay links, and hands the chat to your staff when needed. In one app you also run accounting, quotations and invoices with LHDN MyInvois e-Invoice, HR and payroll with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB, a customer list, loyalty points, online booking and queue, a website and online shop, and marketing tools. Every module is free up to a monthly limit, and you upgrade only the module you outgrow. For companies with their own workflows, Lucco also builds custom systems and websites.
