What do you like best?
LucaNet is an extremely powerful tool for all reporting of financial data. Once fully implemented, which was done via an extensive project with LucaNet technical staff, the information flowed easily. Data from our accounting tool was pulled into LucaNet with little intervention and consolidation was then a one button click.
All the views are customisable to show what is relevant to what information is required.
In addition, the ability to be able to hold plan, forecast and actual data and compare between these at different levels (entity, department, cost type) at the click of a button is a large improvement to what we currently have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
As with all implementations of new systems, the process required significant investment of time for CFO and FC. In addition, the feel and look of the tool can be difficult to get used to at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
LucaNet is extremly powerful and you can manage the core of companies financials minimizing compexity and get rid of Excel and the dependency of Excel Guru´s Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
For startup´s and small enterprises it would be helpful to serve them with Software and Service as external Service Provider - that´s actually not visible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
I have used a number of different reporting, consolidation tools over the years but LucaNet really is so simple to use! It is written for Finance users to be able to use comfortably once they have got used to the language. Working for a group company that has a number of businesses using different systems, different chart of accounts and different ways of working is no problem for LucaNet. It can pull data from multiple sources and make it look easy. Our consolidation process and month end close is so quick and simple now. It has also allowed us to report data in multiple ways to suit our changing business requirements and the ability to drill down into the detail is amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
I have not found anything to dislike about Luca Net Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In one second you can get the information in different ways.

What do you like best?
In summary, when I compare Lucanet to other reporting software's I used in my career, Lucanet is extremely flexible when ERP internal databases are not setup in a standard format. It adapts well to different environments. Changes from local databases all the way up to the consolidation level are quickly done without bottlenecks. Reports are easily programmable once you learn the language. Lastly, the customer support provided is excellent, there is a quick turnaround and they have an excellent team to diagnose and provide solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?

What do you like best?
The software is easy to use, saves a lot of time on extracting and transforming data and makes analyzing your financials a whole lot easier. You do not need to be an expert to use the software! What do you dislike?
A full business proposition for accountancy firms operating for small an medium businesses (mkb) would be nice and an opportunity for Lucanet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
LucaNet ist vollintegriert. Eine Anpassungs- oder Konsolidierungsbuchung zieht sich automatisch durch alle Bereiche (Bilanz/GuV, sämtliche Spiegel, Cash-Flow-Rechnung) etc.
LucaNet ist zudem die mir einzige bekannte Software die automatisch einen detaillierten und sinnvollen (!) Cash-Flow erstellt, bei dem man für Monats- und Jahresabschlusszwecke nur noch sehr wenige Anpassungen vornehmen muss.
LucaNet ist sehr anwenderfreundlich. Als Key User im Fachbereich lässt sich fast jedes Problem selbst lösen.
Die Schnittstelle zu Excel ist sehr flexibel (Berichte, Buchungsmasken und Reporting Packages, Daten für Geschäftsberichte aufbereiten, etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
The usability and functionality combined help provide an innovative and integrated solution for tackling engagements. We also have been able to quickly dive into data and improve the discussions within meetings. We can move from the "I will have to get back to you." to a "let's look into this." What do you like best?
The software is really easy to use and holds masses of data. You are able to cut the same data in many different ways to provide valuable information for management Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
It relies on the underlying ERP systems to have a decent set of data, and be in good shape. Lucanet struggles to be as efficient when the ERP data is not as good quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
Komplettes Reporting ist sehr flexibel, es können auch ohne externe Berater neue Strukturen aufgebaut oder erweitert werden. Sehr gut ist die Integration von Excel sowohl zum download von Daten per LucaNet Formel als auch der upload von Daten über Excel Packages oder selbst gestaltete Buchungsmasken Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
Man ist nicht gebunden an starren, vorgegebenen Berichten. Das Reporting kann ganz individuell nach Kundenwunsch aufgebaut werden.
Außerdem finde ich toll, dass es einfach in der Anwendung ist und der Support sich bei Fragen und Problemen schnell zurückmeldet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
Es wäre schön, wenn Validierungen hinterlegt werden.
z. B. habe ich versucht, aus einer Excel-Datei Daten zu importieren. Ein Konto daraus wurde nicht eingelesen, ich habe aber keinen Fehler erhalten.
