**What do you like best about ASPIRE?**

I like that Aspire is an easy way for teams to access the training they need and for companies to add any company specific items for their teams to access.

**What do you dislike about ASPIRE?**

It is not the easiest to navigate looking for specific training that have not been assigned to you.

**What problems is ASPIRE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of training access.

**What do you like best about ASPIRE?**

It does what it is designed to do, we use it for leases, which is to say, managing the entire lease process, from front end to back end.

**What do you dislike about ASPIRE?**

This is the most labor intensive software for leasing which I have ever used. When you start the lease package for a customer, creating a customer contact, it does not pull through various information which would show up on other docs. Much of the same info needs to be entered a number of times, which is a huge waste of time.

**Recommendations to others considering ASPIRE:**

I would consider other, more user friendly options.

**What problems is ASPIRE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software is being used for lease management. I'm starting to wonder exactly what benefits,  if any, are associated with this product.

**What do you like best about ASPIRE?**

It improves organization & data analysis along with tenant relations. It tracks & reports all important documentation.

**What do you dislike about ASPIRE?**

There is not anything that has caused me an issue.

**Recommendations to others considering ASPIRE:**

Have everything saved on a drive with a lot of megabytes for external use.

**What problems is ASPIRE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking & reporting lease obligations, documentation & establishing benchmarks for future leasing.
