The best thing about this software is that it is free and allows to create loyalty programs for the customers. It syncs easily with printer and prints the recipt automatically. Updating the stock here is one of the problem I faced here. This software also doesn't have much features and functions as it is still implementing. BEST about Loyverse? IT'S FREE!!!! AND you'll get premium service like a 24/7 online chat support. Their support team are way much better than paid POS Apps. Their support team will really help you from setup to implementation of Loyverse in your business. I shifted from Excel inventory and sales to Loyverse. Shifting was a swift, because of the .csv template import/export feature on their back office. Integration of hardware is also possible with the app. I have a cash drawer, POS printer and barcode scanner attached to my device that is making our business more efficient. Another plus for this app is the Loyalty Program (customer database) and Loyverse Dashboard app for the business owner. Sending marketing campaigns to your customers became much easier. You'll be able to monitor sales even if you're not physically present at your business. I was able to track items that are low stock, fast moving and best selling category. But if a large scale business would use Loyverse, they might need to look for other options.
