LoyalEats is loyalty software that helps cafes, restaurants, and other repeat-visit businesses turn occasional customers into regulars. Customers scan a QR code and their stamp card is saved straight to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, so there is no app to download and no card to lose. No hardware, no changes to the point of sale. Businesses design their own card with their logo, colors, and reward. Push notifications reach the customer's lock screen, sent to everyone or to a chosen segment. They can also run on their own: when a customer is one stamp away from a reward, when a regular has not visited in weeks, or when someone passes near the location. The dashboard shows what a point of sale cannot: who came back and how often, how long until a second visit, and which regulars have gone quiet. Customers can be segmented by behavior. Built in Lima and available in any country, in Spanish, for single or multi-location businesses. Free trial available.
