I use LoyaltyLion for our loyalty program both online and in-store, and it really helps build customer retention by rewarding our loyal customers, keeping them coming back. I feel like I'm in a true partnership with LoyaltyLion; they genuinely want to see us succeed and are there to support us in good times and bad. I also appreciate the easy-to-use platform for both online and in-store customers, making it simple for customers to use and for us to manage from the back end. I find LoyaltyLion's platform very easy to use and navigate. The automations work quite well, and there are various ways for clients to earn points, which I appreciate. When we first started with LoyaltyLion, we had a dedicated person who introduced us to the program and helped set up the point system, which was very useful. The customer service is very good; they always help us with any issues we have quite fast. If something takes longer, I usually get emails with status updates that the team is still working on it. What truly makes Loyalty Lion outstanding, though, is their customer support. When a customer of mine asks something that I can't answer, I'll message and get a response in minutes most of the time. They aren't reading from a script, either - They take the time to look into the situation and provide a good, solid answer that helps me help MY customers. It's one of the very few companies that I ENJOY talking to for support.

Updated in 2026: We've been using Loyalty Lion for several years now, and everything I said in 2024 still stands. I recently contacted Sathiya in LL support using an email address I had from years ago, and he was still there! He answered very quickly with a well-written solution to my question, and then went a step beyond that and both discovered and FIXED a related issue in our setup that I hadn't thought of. In this age of AI agents, being able to talk with a living, thinking, human is a huge selling point for any business, and Loyalty Lion has some of the best. Can you imagine any other company where you could email a support tech three years after talking with them - at an email address that includes their name, rather than a general email - and they're still there, and just as amazing as the first time you spoke with them? If there's a downside of using this program, I haven't seen it, and we've been using them for years! Yes, it costs a little bit of money, but the ROI is immediate and using them has profited our business greatly. I've tried others and been unhappy with them, but Loyalty Lion has been outstanding from the beginning and continues to add features that keep them above the competition. The support team is incredibly helpful and quick to find solutions. I’ve worked with Alexandra several times, and she always provides very detailed responses. We have some customers whose points from completing actions don’t transfer to their account. From time to time, we have to make manual adjustments to correct this.
