It lets companies run points-based loyalty, incentive and rewards programs for their entire network, including dealers, distributors, retailers, electricians, plumbers, painters, mechanics, employees and end consumers, from a single platform. Members earn points by scanning QR codes on products, uploading invoices that AI-powered OCR reads and verifies, or by meeting purchase targets and slab-based schemes. Admins can set up SKU, slab, target and tier schemes without a developer. A white-label member app, available in 10+ Indian languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati and Kannada, lets members scan, track their balance, claim rewards and climb leaderboards. Engagement features include spin wheels, scratch cards, badges, streaks and WhatsApp-based enrolment, alerts and redemptions. Rewards can be redeemed from a catalogue of 10,000+ options, with UPI payouts, bank transfers, gift vouchers and merchandise. Digital KYC (PAN, Aadhaar eKYC and bank validation) and fraud checks run before payout, and TDS under Section 194R (now Section 393) is handled on every payout through IMAST’s Reward Max module. AI fraud detection flags duplicate or suspicious scans before points are paid. Dashboards track scans, points issued against redeemed, scheme performance and ROI. The Enterprise plan adds AI churn prediction, smart recommendations, a scheme optimizer and member segmentation. LoyaltyBoard supports cloud , multi-tenancy for running separate programs, multi-currency points and third-party API integrations. It is available in Starter, Growth and Enterprise plans based on the number of active users. IMAST holds ISO/IEC 27001, 27017 and 27018 certifications and is SOC 2 Type II verified. The platform is used across FMCG, pharma, building materials, paints, cement, electricals, consumer electronics, automotive, solar and retail.
