Our journey began by addressing the struggles of the education sector with our HRMS software,WFM. Its success led us to expand into the health and retail sectors. Facing the challenge of continual upgrades, we started anew, interviewing over 100 HR professionals to understand their needs. This led to the creation of our new HRMS software, Loyaltri. Loyaltri has now spread across cities in the GCC and India, serving over 1000 clients. Over eight years, it has evolved into a versatile platform with over 3000 users, adapting to industry dynamics and transitioning to a SaaS model in 2023. By incorporating AI technology and engaging with HR managers, Loyaltri remains a leading HR solution in today's business landscape.
