What do you like best about Loxo?

From keeping everything in one place, being able to seamlessly share data/pipeline info with clients, having an inbuilt AI function for outreach AND the ability to update profiles from LinkedIn, Loco has it all! Let’s not forget the fantastic CS/CX team as well helping bring it all together for us. I’m a huge fan and couldn’t be more satisfied with Loxo! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loxo?

What do you like best about Loxo?

Loxo's support staff are great, always very responsive and helpful and the tools and training is easy to find and use. I love how they don't just sit back and let you use the ATS, they are always updating and improving and making it better and better and keeping up with the competition and latest technology changes. When it comes to customer support, I give them one star. Their support model is e-mail only, and it always takes several days to get help or have an issue resolved.
