What do you dislike about Lovable?

"Streamlined Collaboration with Powerful Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Lovable?

I like how intuitive and user-friendly Lovable is. The automation features save a lot of time by reducing repetitive manual work. The real-time collaboration tools make it easier for teams to stay aligned and productive. I also appreciate the clean interface and customizable dashboards that provide a clear view of project progress. The onboarding guides made configuration quick and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lovable?

Sometimes the initial setup feels a bit complex, and integrations with third-party tools could be smoother. It would help if Lovable offered more native integrations with tools like Slack, Jira, and Trello. Simplifying API setup and improving synchronization speed between platforms would make cross-tool collaboration much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Features but Needs Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Lovable?

I love Lovable AI because it helped me to design the chatbot for my website in minutes, making the process very efficient. I also appreciate that it assisted me in designing my ERP system and mobile app, taking me from idea to finished product smoothly. It's extremely friendly to use; just start with a prompt, and it automatically creates the UI and necessary business logic along with the database. In the past three months, I've been able to use it to create a mobile app with backend API implementation, which has been quite helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lovable?

I wish if create the app in Flutter language, it will help a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless App Creation for Rapid Prototyping and MVPs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Lovable?

I like Lovable because it quickly turns ideas into fully working apps, including frontend, backend, database, and authentication, saving time on manual coding. It’s accessible for non-coders and great for building prototypes, MVPs, or internal tools fast. The visual editor lets you tweak layouts easily, and you can export code if needed for further development. It’s especially useful for testing new features, creating dashboards, or validating business ideas without investing heavily in full-scale development. Overall, it speeds up development while keeping flexibility for future updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lovable?

The AI-generated code does not always follow best practices or be optimized for large-scale production. Customizing complex features beyond the AI’s suggestions is tricky and sometimes requires manual coding. Performance and scalability is limited for very large apps. Additionally, relying heavily on AI makes debugging or understanding the generated code harder for teams used to traditional development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Facilitate Creation with Automatic Connections, but Insufficient Credits"
5/5
What do you like best about Lovable?

I did my experiment on Lovable and I am indeed very happy with the experience. The external connection resources for apps are fascinating and the flexibility in creating applications and websites with simple prompts is impressive. I believe the greatest ease comes from the automatic connections, saving us more time for other tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lovable?

The 5 daily credits are almost useless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hear from an app builder about Lovable"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Lovable?

Lovable is an AI tool very easy to use for websites and web apps makers. The user interface is very friendly and practical. For professional users, having a pro account is a must if you want to customize manually your code or download it, besides it makes you use your credits more efficiently that you don't need to use AI for all the app features and modifications. Add ins are appropriate and easy to link. If you are a beginner with no real experience in coding, it is very practical and cost effective solution especially if you are aiming to make a simple website for your business for example or just for your personal branding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lovable?

Although the actual features in Lovable are satisfying, it has the ability to be more efficient and user friendly, especially regarding the customization of web design features: text format options are limited, using the user interface instead of asking AI to do the modification is limited, it is not possible to use the "Edit visual" to add a piece of code unlike Sitely or Wordpress for example, but you still can modify add pieces of code using the "Code" sheet or by asking AI. Personally I find being obliged to ask AI for simple tasks like adding a text box or making a text bold or modifying a picture economically and ecologically not sustainable. AI is awesome, its power should be dedicated to more complicated tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Really great for quick idea implementation, but less suitable for complex applications"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Lovable?

With Loveable, you can build a fully functional app including database connection incredibly quickly with just a few simple prompts. Additionally, Loveable offers the option to upload the code to Github, allowing you to access the project at any time. Extras like the Shopify and ElevenLabs integration options are also available. If you want to quickly implement an idea or present a prototype, this tool is really good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lovable?

As soon as you have very precise ideas about how the app should look and function, you quickly reach the limits. It starts with the design, where even after explicitly describing the style and components, you often only get the usual implementations presented, and continues with the implementation of complex logic. The subsequent troubleshooting can be quite frustrating and can also noticeably drain your wallet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
