"Fast, Beginner-Friendly Full-Stack Prototyping with Lovable"
5/5
What do you like best about Lovable?

Lovable makes it incredibly easy to build full-stack web applications without deep coding knowledge. The AI understands natural language prompts and instantly generates clean, functional code. The speed of going from idea to a working prototype is outstanding, and the interface is intuitive and beginner-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lovable?

The credit system can feel limiting for larger projects, and sometimes the AI needs multiple prompts to get complex UI components exactly right. It would be great to have more control over the project structure for advanced users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transformed My Prototyping Process"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Lovable?

I love the overall speed and ease of use for React development in Lovable. It feels intuitive, like I'm taking and coding it effortlessly. The easy one-click git integration is fantastic, making version control simple. Sharing the project is as easy as sharing a doc file, and fixing bugs by typing directly into the code is incredibly convenient. I think it's genius how Lovable compiles the code with the source component's name, file, and line number, helping me locate it easily in the code. It's one of the better tools for 'vibe coding.' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lovable?

If there was a way to import my old repo for refactoring certain aspects or for context reference for rebuild that would have been awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Web App Creation with Lovable"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Lovable?

I find Lovable to be one of the best AI full-stack web development code generators available. It helps me create complete web apps including the database and backend in just a few minutes so it's very easy to implement and integrate . Lovable is especially helpful for non-technical people, and it’s very easy to use.

I like that I can attach Figma files, write simple prompts, and have it generate a fully operational frontend and i use very frequently. The fact that I can connect it directly with Supabase in just one click for backend and database management is fantastic. On top of that, customer support is very responsive.

I also appreciate the color palette changing feature, since I can quickly switch palettes to see how the design looks. It’s a feature I genuinely enjoy using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lovable?

I think Lovable really needs to improve how it builds a fully functional web app, because right now it doesn’t do it properly. It should do a better job of generating a clear work plan and understanding the project requirements, then realign that plan before starting the design process. That way, the user can review it upfront and confirm that every aspect is covered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Advanced Tool with unreliable backend"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Lovable?

I find Lovable to be the most advanced vibe coding tool. I appreciate the security audit and database security features, as they mean I don't have to spend time on application hardening. The UI design is something I enjoy, along with its understanding of requirements. I also found the initial setup of Lovable to be very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lovable?

Supabase pgstrREST does not work, with the workaround showing the database is up but closing connections prematurely. Resizing the instance did not help. Found such issues are quite common and support is sluggish. A support ticket has been open for more than 24 hours without response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Multipurpose Design Made Easy with Lovable"
4/5
What do you like best about Lovable?

I use Lovable for designing and implementing websites for personal and client projects. Lovable really helps me in integrating new technologies like React and NextJS into existing and new products. I appreciate that it makes creating attractive websites easier and faster by having all the context I need, which saves me significant time. The initial setup was very easy; it's just kind of plug and play. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lovable?

Whenever I give a prompt or try to explain, I need to be very sure that what I want is clearly mentioned. Otherwise, it kind of makes mistakes and the output doesn't match what I'm expecting. I'm not sure if it's an issue with Lovable or the prompt or how we define the problem. It would be helpful if Lovable could ask questions before the implementation. "Excellent Value No-Code Platform with Intuitive UI and Reliable Code Generation"
5/5
What do you like best about Lovable?

Lovable delivers excellent value for money. You get exactly what you're paying for - a solid no-code platform with impressive instruction-following capabilities. The UI is intuitive and the codebase generation is reliable, making it especially valuable for beginners transitioning into app development. The ability to iterate quickly on ideas without deep technical knowledge is a game changer. The integration with modern frameworks and APIs is seamless, and customer support is responsive when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lovable?

The learning curve can be steep for absolute non-technical users when customising beyond the basics. The preview occasionally glitches with complex components, requiring page refreshes. While documentation is decent, some edge cases aren't well covered. Cost-wise, it's premium positioned which may limit adoption for hobbyists. Performance can lag slightly with very large codebases on lower-spec machines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
