## Lovable Reviews
 ### 1. Fast Idea-to-App Building That Saves Tons of Time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shaktiraj G. | Search Engine Optimization Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

What I like most is how fast I can go from an idea to a working app. I don’t have to spend hours setting up a project or writing out every single line of code. Most of the time, the AI understands what I’m trying to build, and being able to make changes with simple prompts feels really smooth and natural. It’s saved me a lot of time overall, especially when I’m testing and iterating on new ideas.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

One thing I don’t love is that the AI can sometimes misinterpret more detailed or complex prompts, which means I end up refining my instructions a couple of times before it gets it right. For larger projects, I also wish there were a bit more flexibility and control over the code it generates. Still, these feel like relatively minor drawbacks compared with how much time it saves me overall.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lovable helps me turn ideas into working prototypes without spending a lot of time on setup or repetitive coding. It speeds up my development process and makes it easier to validate ideas, build MVPs, and iterate quickly based on feedback. Rather than getting stuck in boilerplate, I can focus more on improving the product and solving real user problems, and that has made me noticeably more productive overall.

 ### 2. Fast AI Prototyping, but Advanced Customization Still Needs More Control

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** tarun k. | Digital Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

The AI understands product ideas surprisingly well and generates a working foundation very quickly. I also like how easy it is to iterate by chatting with the AI instead of editing every small detail manually. It helped me get from an idea to something usable much faster.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

For more complex projects I still had to make manual changes. Sometimes the generated UI or logic wasn't exactly what I expected, and a few prompts were needed before getting the desired result. Better control over advanced customization would be nice.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduces the time needed to build MVPs and internal tools. Instead of spending hours setting up the basic structure, I can focus more on refining features and improving the user experience. It's especially useful during brainstorming and rapid prototyping.

 ### 3. Intuitive Swimlanes and Cards for Fast Project Planning

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saiprasad A. | Business Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

I’ve been using Lovable to create swimlanes and cards for project planning and visualization within my organization. One of its biggest advantages is how easy it is to get started. The interface feels intuitive, and it lets me build, adjust, and refine layouts quickly without having to spend a lot of time learning the tool.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

The biggest drawback I’ve run into is the credit-based usage model. Credits can disappear pretty quickly, especially when I’m iterating on designs, making several refinements, or trying out different approaches. Because of that, I ended up keeping a much closer eye on my credit balance than I expected.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lovable helps me tackle the challenge of quickly creating visual project artifacts—like swimlanes, workflow diagrams, and cards—without needing design expertise or a lot of manual effort. Rather than spending time building layouts from scratch, I can simply describe what I need and generate a solid, usable structure in just a few minutes.

 ### 4. Effortless Landing Page Creation with GitHub Integration

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria T. | UX/UI Designer Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

I like that Lovable makes it easy to create a working landing page or simple web project from scratch very quickly. It’s especially useful for building a one-page landing page, testing an idea, or putting together a fast prototype without starting from a blank codebase.

One of the biggest advantages for me is the GitHub integration. I like being able to connect a project to GitHub and actually access the code, so it doesn’t feel like everything is locked inside the platform.

I also appreciate the visual editing options. For small updates, I can adjust padding, update links, replace images, or edit text without relying only on prompts. Onboarding is straightforward as well, and I was able to understand the basic workflow quickly. I haven’t needed to use support yet.

Pricing feels fair for the value. Lovable is fast and helpful for creating an initial structure, sections, layouts, and a basic design system. That said, I still struggle with design accuracy and getting truly high-fidelity output. For example, when Lovable Design launched, I tried the official prompt for the headphones project that was shared on X, but my result looked completely different. That experience made me feel like it’s still hard to achieve a very specific, high-fidelity design.

I also think responsiveness could be better. Lovable can generate a page quickly, but getting the site to behave exactly the way I want across screen sizes can still take a lot of prompting and manual adjustments. Overall, Lovable helps me move faster from idea to a live page, but I’d like more control over design accuracy and responsive behavior.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

I don’t like that visual control can still be difficult in Lovable. Sometimes it is hard to explain specific design details through a prompt, especially when I want to adjust spacing, padding, responsive behavior, animations, or the way a section should expand across different screen sizes.

Even with Lovable Design, I still find it difficult to achieve a truly polished, high-fidelity landing page. It works well for simple landing pages, but when I want to create a more custom flow, stronger visual direction, or more advanced animations, I often need to manually describe everything in detail and prompt multiple times.

I also wish the Figma MCP / Figma integration worked better. As a designer, I often create the visual direction in Figma first, but Lovable does not always translate that design accurately into a responsive web layout.

Another improvement would be deeper Shopify integration. Right now, I can connect a Shopify store to a landing page, but I would love to be able to build a landing page in Lovable and then use or integrate that page directly inside Shopify.

The onboarding is easy and the product is simple to start using, but I think support could be stronger around prompt guidance. It would be helpful to have an AI prompt assistant inside Lovable that helps translate design goals into better prompts for layout, structure, spacing, responsiveness, and animations.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lovable helps me create custom landing pages for offers and paid ad campaigns much faster. Before, building a landing page usually took a lot more time across design, development, and handoff. With Lovable, I can quickly put together a single-page landing page, connect it to GitHub, make visual updates, and test different offer ideas without having to start from scratch every time.

It’s especially useful for performance marketing workflows because I often need pages tailored to specific campaigns, promotions, or traffic sources. Lovable lets me move faster from idea to a live page, which makes it easier to support paid ads, test messaging, and create dedicated pages for different offers.

The biggest benefit is speed. I can create a functional page, tweak the copy, swap images, update links, and make small layout changes without waiting on a full development cycle. Overall, it reduces the gap between design, testing, and launch.

 ### 5. Great for Prototyping But Needs Bug Fixes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhijith S. | Product Designer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

I mostly use Lovable for actively prototyping ideas and it helps me get a relatable prototype up and running with ease, thanks to its new feature of setting up styles. I like the quick integration with GitHub because it reduces rework and ensures a consistent visual design. It also helps me push code for the dev team to get a reference. I also found the initial setup to be very simple.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

The point and edit feature is not very reliable because it's riddled with bugs. It also takes a long time to load and aligning or fixing padding isn't as straightforward as expected. The non-linear credit usage is very confusing. Some prompts take up way too much credit, even for simple changes, which makes it hard to plan like before when it was 1 credit per prompt.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lovable to prototype ideas quickly and handle edge cases easily. It helps create relatable prototypes with data points without consuming much of my time.

 ### 6. Insanely Good Project Creation from Simple Prompts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahsan N. | Head of Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

I really like the way it creates projects after I give it my prompt. Even with a simple, normal prompt, it still produces really good output, which is honestly felt insane.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

What I dislike about it is that we can't download the entire page of code with a single click. Instead, we have to copy the code line by line, or have to do it with different ways.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of building simple or complex projects from scratch. Now, when creating a project, we don't need to start from zero by programming everything from scratch, yeah it doesn't produce a perfect project, but it does provide a lot of the basic work, which is really helpfull. And It's also very beneficial for small business owners who want to get their business online.

 ### 7. Easy Website Creation with Costly AI Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Çağrı P. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

I like how Lovable makes it easy to create a web page or a landing page by talking with AI. It does really good design, and you can share it with everybody. It's nice to take something in your mind and share it with others. It's very easy to chat with the AI and see the websites building in front of you. You just open the website, chat with the AI about what you want to build, and it's very easy from there. I appreciate that they handle the hosting, and you just click to publish, and it's online. You even get a shareable link that you can easily share.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

I mean, this is a little bit pricey. So every time you check with AI, it spends credits, and the credits is spending so fast, actually. And they don't like, when you are chatting every like, maybe if you send 20 messages, your credits are already over. But if you like, plan to do this, if you spend, like, three, four messages to Lovable, can already create the whole website, but should plan this before. It is like a prompt. Like engineering. Then you can even create a page with one single like, a sentence they spell. But people who don't know how to do this, and you spend all the credits, and it becomes very expensive at the end.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Lovable makes it easy to create event or landing pages by talking with AI, offering good design, and quick sharing with a shareable link.

 ### 8. Feels Like Magic for Non-Developers, But Needs Better Versioning and Stability

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

In so many ways it feels like magic: I can tell Lovable what I want it to make, it asks me smart follow-up questions, I clarify, and then... IT ACTUALLY MAKES WHAT I ASKED FOR! When there are database configurations, it walks me through it. It lets you request a "Plan" before executing your request. What used to take weeks and months could take me hours. And I am NOT a Developer.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

Here are some of the parts that no one talks about:

1. Lovable does not easily support traditional enterprise development environments. No branching, no dedicated databases for a particular Dev, QA, or Staging environment. Here's a real-world example:
 * You use Lovable to develop a software product you want to sell. Bring on other team members to help out and you're humming along.
 * Developer A makes a change that requires an update to the database. Developer A does a quick set of tests and it seems to work. Developer B makes a separate change that ALSO updates the database. Developer A is unaware of this new change and publishes their own updates (inadvertently along with Developer B's). Turns out, Developer B's change breaks stuff. Your product that you sold licenses to is not totally broken.

2. Lovable makes changes as it 'wants' to. That is, it forgets about other things you may have created. So the longer you work on something, the more likely a new update or feature will be to break an old one. And even when you have skilled Developers helping you, they struggle to find what exactly Lovable just did that broke stuff. It's just not clear.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most important thing it solves is speed to market. You can create a prototype or even a simple web application faster and more easily than ever before. But if you want that code to be elegant, efficient, optimized, this probably isn't the right tool.

 ### 9. Effortless Web App Creation with Lovable

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rinkal R. | Social Media Manager, Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

I find Lovable to be one of the best AI full-stack web development code generators available. It helps me create complete web apps including the database and backend in just a few minutes so it's very easy to implement and integrate . Lovable is especially helpful for non-technical people, and it’s very easy to use.

I like that I can attach Figma files, write simple prompts, and have it generate a fully operational frontend and i use very frequently. The fact that I can connect it directly with Supabase in just one click for backend and database management is fantastic. On top of that, customer support is very responsive.

I also appreciate the color palette changing feature, since I can quickly switch palettes to see how the design looks. It’s a feature I genuinely enjoy using.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

I think Lovable really needs to improve how it builds a fully functional web app, because right now it doesn’t do it properly. It should do a better job of generating a clear work plan and understanding the project requirements, then realign that plan before starting the design process. That way, the user can review it upfront and confirm that every aspect is covered.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lovable helps me create complete web apps quickly, including the database and backend. It’s straightforward even for non-technical users, feels cost-effective, and the customer support has been great.

 ### 10. Multipurpose Design Made Easy with Lovable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

I use Lovable for designing and implementing websites for personal and client projects. Lovable really helps me in integrating new technologies like React and NextJS into existing and new products. I appreciate that it makes creating attractive websites easier and faster by having all the context I need, which saves me significant time. The initial setup was very easy; it's just kind of plug and play.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

Whenever I give a prompt or try to explain, I need to be very sure that what I want is clearly mentioned. Otherwise, it kind of makes mistakes and the output doesn't match what I'm expecting. I'm not sure if it's an issue with Lovable or the prompt or how we define the problem. It would be helpful if Lovable could ask questions before the implementation.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lovable for designing websites quickly, helping me integrate new technologies like React and NextJS without needing to know all the tech stacks. It builds attractive UIs efficiently because it has all the context, saving time compared to manual effort.

 ### 15. Really great for quick idea implementation, but less suitable for complex applications

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Program Development | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

With Loveable, you can build a fully functional app including database connection incredibly quickly with just a few simple prompts. Additionally, Loveable offers the option to upload the code to Github, allowing you to access the project at any time. Extras like the Shopify and ElevenLabs integration options are also available. If you want to quickly implement an idea or present a prototype, this tool is really good.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

As soon as you have very precise ideas about how the app should look and function, you quickly reach the limits. It starts with the design, where even after explicitly describing the style and components, you often only get the usual implementations presented, and continues with the implementation of complex logic. The subsequent troubleshooting can be quite frustrating and can also noticeably drain your wallet.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loveable is great for quickly creating an application and conducting initial user tests to check the idea for user-friendliness and to see to what extent functions and processes make sense.

 ### 16. Effortless Website Prototyping but Limited Customization

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

I like the way Lovable builds the whole website along with the backend without cracking. The initial setup was very easy, which I found really convenient.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

It doesn't make a website exactly how I want it only through text. I need to give it a reference. I think it needs to have a better context window.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lovable helps me by providing a prototype to work on, and it builds the entire website with a backend without cracking.

 ### 17. Time-Saving Web App Builder with Easy Prompts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

The chat is super helpful, you can explain what you need in terms of design or datas and it gives you precise feedback.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

I'm using the free version, so I have very little credits and have to wait until midnight.

I also love the chat feature that's included because it allows real-time communication for any edits or changes that need to be made. I appreciate how the interface looks with its design and color coding being marketing-friendly. Plus, Lovable is more user-friendly compared to other tools I've used.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

The coding aspect is a little bit challenging in Lovable, especially when dealing with multiple tabs. It becomes difficult to add content into each of those tabs.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lovable makes it easy for me to create prototypes from ideas instantly, and I love the real-time communication through the chat feature that's great for making design edits.

 ### 20. Smart, conversational experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saoud A. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

I like the fact that I can work with it using my knowledge, it's definitely an engaging experience (as a Software Engineer) to read the code and work with it's flaws. Communication with it is like talking to a person directly, and it understands what I have explained well enough. The way it breaks my requests down is well put, though sometimes I feel like I need to be extra detailed to explain my idea, and that is definitely never a bother.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

The credits consumption is frustrating, sometimes for the smallest tasks, specially when it's not done well, I heavily suggest that we get a function that either returns credits in case a user didn't get what they asked for, or possibly a more fairer method of consuming credits based on requests. It's only my opinion, and I might be wrong on it.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm bad at front-end, and with some well put details, lovable is taking all of that away from me, and saving me a ton of hours on fixing minor adjustments.

 ### 21. Fast Prototyping with Smooth Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Baptiste B.

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

I love how quickly Lovable turns ideas into working products. The experience feels smooth, intuitive, and incredibly empowering, allowing me to iterate, refine, and build real applications in a fraction of the time it would normally take. It truly feels like a productivity multiplier. Lovable integrates very smoothly with n8n for automations and Supabase for the backend, auth, and storage, making it easy to build complete, production-ready projects. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

The only thing that doesn't work as well for me is the credit system. Even on a paid plan, credits disappear very quickly and don't roll over, which makes it hard to stay in the flow when working on bigger projects. A more flexible or more generous credit management would make a huge difference, especially for users who build actively and for long sessions.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lovable to build and iterate on ideas quickly, turning them into web apps without technical roadblocks. It's smooth, intuitive, and boosts my productivity by letting me create real applications fast.

 ### 22. Efficient App Builder, Needs Better Scalability

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

I like that Lovable allows me to build apps in a matter of minutes and helps me bring my ideas to life. It's easy to use and works well when paired with tools that handle workflow automation and collaboration around the code it generates. I appreciate that I can turn its fast UI into something reliable, maintainable, and easily integrated into the rest of the stack. The initial setup was quite easy, not bad.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

I find that Lovable is not scalable when you want to use it for thousands of users. They ideally need to start thinking about architecture patterns, flexible hosting options, and better performance insights.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lovable to build apps in minutes, bringing my ideas to life easily. Its code generation is fast and integrates well with workflow automation and collaboration tools, making the output reliable and maintainable.

 ### 23. Easy for Beginners, Fast with Beautiful Design

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mustafa T. | Sales Manager NL

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

I am pleased that Lovable helped me in creating an online calculator and website, even though I am not a developer. The speed and design that Lovable created are amazing. I also appreciate that Lovable provides advice on security risks and that you can easily resolve them through their tool. The initial setup of Lovable was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

Lovable works with credits per prompt. It is sometimes unclear how many credits you use per prompt. Additionally, I have also experienced a few times that I gave a prompt, but the action was not executed correctly, yet you lose your credit(s).

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not a developer, but with Lovable, I created an online calculator and website with a simple prompt. The speed and design are amazing, and it offers advice on security risks that you can easily resolve.

 ### 24. Lightning-Fast App Development, Affordable Price

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Léo C.

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

I use Lovable to develop beautiful applications at lightning speed, which is incredibly beneficial for my work as a no/low code specialist. The software opens new horizons for me, especially when I'm building proof of concepts. I find Lovable's affordability a significant advantage, allowing me to build apps quickly, simply by prompting. Another feature I love is being able to talk to the AI about potential development ideas with just the click of a button. This capability is extremely helpful as it allows me to take a step back and gain new function ideas. I also appreciate that Lovable serves as a good alternative to other tools like Adalo or Bubble, which have become overpriced. Lovable offers a similar service at a more reasonable price.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

I find it challenging to exit the Lovable system once an app is fully developed, which can limit flexibility. The initial setup is not straightforward, especially if you're not accustomed to development, requiring some side projects to understand its capabilities fully.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lovable to develop beautiful apps at lightning speed, especially for building POCs, thanks to its affordability and prompting feature. It provides new function ideas, expanding my no/low code capabilities and allowing effective app development.

 ### 25. Creative Freedom with User-Friendly Design for Non-Coders

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dirk B.

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

I find Lovable extremely user-friendly and appreciate its ability to allow someone like me, with zero coding experience, to quickly create and design a web application for my hobby project. I admire how Lovable, when prompted correctly, understands not only how my app works but also how it should work. It is capable of identifying structural issues in my build and providing adequate solutions with few attempts, which significantly streamlines my development process. The system's capability to identify root causes of problems without requiring extensive homework from my side is invaluable, especially when users come back with feedback or found bugs. Moreover, I enjoy the creative freedom it offers; it's fascinating how an AI tool can exhibit such creative design capabilities, which helps expand my imagination and overcome my limited understanding of coding limitations. Lastly, the initial setup was extremely easy, making the entire process smooth and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

I find that Lovable creates too many structural issues mainly because it doesn't fully understand how an app needs to work from the get go. Even though it's capability to resolve those issues is incredible. It does costs credit and prompts to do so. I find that lovable is incredibly good in resolving issues, but not as good in getting it right the first time. The research it conducts appears too linear and doesn't adequately take into consideration the dependencies and inconsistencies. Additionally, Lovable needs to guide the user more effectively, gaining a better understanding of foundational aspects for certain applications and working within those frames of reference.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lovable to design and develop a web app without coding experience. It helps identify structural issues, provides solutions, and offers creative freedom, allowing me to quickly create a functional app. Its ease of use and ability to understand app functionality benefits my development process.

 ### 26. Effortless App Building with Creative Design Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

I find Lovable incredibly easy to use compared to the hassle of getting someone else to create an app, which saves me a significant amount of time. I appreciate how it allows me to add my unique design elements easily, just by using prompts, which is perfect for someone who enjoys designing. Getting started with Lovable was super easy, which made my first-time experience in creating an app much smoother. I also really enjoy how Lovable can handle coding based on the prompts I provide, which simplifies the app-building process significantly.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

Sometimes when I tell Lovable to do something, it doesn't execute it properly. I have to use a credit to report that it doesn’t work, and then Lovable will attempt to fix the problem, ultimately using up two credits for the same task. I think if Lovable doesn’t work the first time for a certain prompt, when it finally works after being told to do it again, the second credit shouldn’t be used.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lovable to code apps based on prompts, saving time and allowing easy customization with design elements.

 ### 27. Fast and Intuitive, But Needs Honest Feedback

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christoffer A.

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

I appreciate how fast Lovable is in understanding prompts. From the very first prompt, I often get a great result, which is impressive. Even when my prompts vary depending on my stress level, Lovable almost always understands what I'm after. This feature makes it valuable for both my work and personal projects, allowing me to create things that I previously could only imagine without needing to write code. The initial setup of Lovable was amazing, which was a great start, and I use tools like ChatGPT to enhance my prompts and Figma for design suggestions. Starting out with Lovable was the right choice for us, and I'd even rate my recommendation likelihood an 8 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

I find the chat functionality too positive and it rarely questions the user. This lack of critical engagement can be problematic. Moreover, Lovable sometimes falsely claims to have fixed issues, which can be misleading and frustrating. It must not affirm functionalities or fixes when they haven't actually been resolved.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I create my envisioned projects without coding, thanks to Lovable's fast and accurate prompt understanding.

 ### 28. Lovable.dev lets our team build by chatting super fast for prototypes

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

As a product manager working closely with both developers and non-technical colleagues, I’ve found that Lovable.dev greatly simplifies the process of prototyping our internal tools. All we need to do is describe our requirements in plain English, and the platform quickly generates both the frontend and backend of the application, taking care of database setup, authentication, and core logic almost instantly. The AI assistant stands out as particularly helpful—you can communicate with it in a conversational way to troubleshoot bugs or ask for feature ideas, and it consistently delivers smart, relevant answers. When our team encountered difficulties designing a new customer review portal, the platform’s workflow automation and document Q&A features proved especially useful.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

We have encountered difficulties when dealing with more complex requirements. After making a certain number of edits, unresolved bugs sometimes lead to frustrating cycles where the AI seems to forget previous fixes.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using Lovable.dev, launching a new MVP or preparing a client demo required a lot of coordination between designers and developers, along with dealing with plenty of boilerplate code. Now, my team is able to create fully functional business dashboards, internal sites, and even e-commerce prototypes within hours instead of days. This allows us to validate ideas with clients much more quickly,

 ### 29. Intuitive Prompt-Based Database, Needs Better Token Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ANKIT S. | Programmer Analyst Trainee, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

I appreciate Lovable's ability to automatically handle databases and make required changes seamlessly, reducing the time needed to code manually and enhancing productivity. I am particularly impressed with Lovable's natural language interface, which allows me to handle databases efficiently by simply typing commands for adding, deleting, or updating information. This prompt-based system makes data handling intuitive and fast, thus significantly enhancing my workflow. The integration with Supabase is another highlight, enabling real-time data syncing and easy API access through Lovable, which supports AI-driven applications. This collaboration simplifies backend operations and speeds up development, particularly for AI-powered apps and rapid prototyping. The real-time database control and instant responses are features that provide substantial benefits, contributing to smoother workflows. The capability to update and query data instantly has been essential in making Lovable a tool I would strongly consider purchasing again, and one I’m likely to recommend.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

I find the token expiration issue during development quite frustrating as it causes delays and interruptions in my workflow. This problem has been significant enough to affect the timely completion of projects. Another aspect that could use improvement is the prompt accuracy and context handling. Sometimes, Lovable misinterprets complex instructions, especially when updating multiple related fields across different tables with a single prompt. I think enhancing Lovable's ability to handle multi-step prompts and cross-table updates would make it more reliable.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lovable for vibe coding, where it saves time by handling database updates and coding tasks via prompts, enabling swift development without writing complex code.

 ### 30. Speeds Up Development, But Visual Design Could Be Improved

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

It can build things in minutes/ hours that would take days / months. It’s quite amazing, feels like having a genie working for you. But… see dislikes. Overall a useful tool with great potential, probably quite good for prototypes / simple products (not entirely sure it’s trustworthy yet for complex products).

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

As much as it’s smart and powerful to build seemingly complex functionalities, when it comes to design and anything visual it’s quite dumb (think 5 prompts to adjust some small padding issue), can be frustrating for me as a designer. Another thing that can be furstrating is that it can build incomplete features, or say it completed a task while it hasn’t, which you then have to spend a lengthy amount of time and prompts troubleshooting. It also forgets, meaning you could end up having to fix the same issue over and over (even though it seemingly fixed it once and for all the first time…). So overall not as simple as it first seems. You can waste a lot of credits fixing seemingly simple things.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

if well used, I hope it can build a solid and flexible website prototype which can be the foundation for other websites.

 ### 31. Effortless Setup and Rapid Prototyping

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike V.

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

I really like Lovable for its quick and easy sign-up process, which means I can get started very quickly without any hassles. It's a product that excels in quickly transforming conceptual ideas into tangible proofs of concept, enabling me to effectively communicate my vision to others. This capability accelerates the initial creation process significantly. The ability for Lovable to provide a workable preview and interact with the application directly enhances my efficiency. The app's chat functionality is particularly useful, allowing me to discuss directly and make changes before diving into coding, which streamlines the workflow. I find it incredibly valuable in saving time and making the overall process smooth and clear. Lovable's transparency in costs and its ease of use are standout features that I find very reliable and solid.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

I think Lovable could be improved by making it a bit easier to integrate with GitHub. Although the integration isn't a major issue, streamlining it could enhance the workflow efficiency.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lovable accelerates the initial process of taking conceptual ideas and turning them into tangible proof of concepts quickly, allowing me to easily showcase and get feedback on digital platform ideas.

 ### 32. An excellent tool for designers

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

The templates are very helpful and well designed

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

I wish there was a more comprehensive tool panel

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been able to generate visual ideas for social media marketing

 ### 33. Simple to Use and Powerful for New Developers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodrigo B.

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

I started using Lovable about 10 days ago and found it incredibly simple to use, which motivated me to explore more features beyond updating the company's website. Initially, I was delighted with how easily I was able to set things up, it almost felt like it was doing the work for me. The simplicity of the platform allowed me, even without previous experience in web development, to start creating a complete website with internal systems. Additionally, I greatly appreciate that Lovable provides a database and hosting already automatically configured, which eliminates the need to create external APIs, making the development process much more efficient and less complex. The user experience has been facilitated by the simplicity of requesting features, which I find extraordinarily useful.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

I think a more transparent credit control would help a lot, as well as an initial setup that already directs the desired structure. Furthermore, it would be better if there was an option to make small 'manual' modifications without consuming many credits, such as changing a color or repositioning a button.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool allows me to develop for the web easily, even without prior experience. Lovable simplifies the process with a database and automatic hosting, avoiding the need for external APIs.

 ### 34. Great for Visualizing Ideas, But Limited by Price and Free Credits

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

This tool makes easier for me to turn my ideas and thoughts into visuals that others can understand.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

The paid plans are quite expensive, and with the free plan, I only receive 5 credits per day.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier for me to create slides, saving me the effort of starting from scratch. I just provide a prompt and receive the picture I need.

 ### 35. Effortless App Development, But Needs Better Security

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ansar A. | Software Engineer 3, Design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

I love how easily Lovable allows me to create different kinds of apps, including both front end and back end development. Its intuitive playground makes setting up applications straightforward, and it enhances my prompts effectively. The ability to directly connect and work with databases like Superbase for DB storage is a major plus. Additionally, I appreciate their constant support and the vibrant community on platforms like Twitter, which is growing rapidly. The regular updates and new feature releases keep me engaged with the platform.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

I don't like that Lovable generates both the backend and frontend code in a single repository; I prefer them to be in separate repositories. Additionally, the lack of automatic test cases or test suite features is a significant drawback, as it can't automatically test for potential breaks when enhancing features. This absence of testing capabilities necessitates additional manual processes to ensure application stability. Furthermore, the security level is concerning; there is a risk of exposing more data with end APIs or potential SQL injections, which could be mitigated if Lovable provided default test cases for such vulnerabilities.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lovable to design great front ends by simply structuring APIs, streamlining app development with backend capabilities, and enhancing prompts for better guidance.

 ### 36. Easy Implementation and Fast Prototyping with Lovable

The ease of use has not only simplified my workflow but also allows me to deliver complete websites for my friends' and family's businesses in just a day. The initial setup of Lovable was incredibly straightforward, further enhancing its appeal for quick and effective project launches.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

I need to know the credit usage upfront, like how many credits will be used for the implementation I am asking.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lovable for rapid app development, reducing turnaround time for static websites, with easy implementation and quick prototyping enabling me to develop websites for friends and family businesses in a day.

 ### 37. Brings Ideas to Life Instantly with Smart Layouts and Customizable Code

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rommil S. | Principal Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

How quickly I can bring my ideas to life. It seems to predict what I'm looking for from a layout and math perspective which allows to me to get started immediately. Giving me access to the code is also helpful so I can fine tune what I want.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

Sometimes it gets things wrong, which still burns through credits. So sometimes you burn credits trying to explain how to fix its mistake.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can create fairly complex calculator in a couple of hours when I'd normally have to bring in folks far smarter than me to help me code everything which could take days or weeks. I'm saving so much time and finding opportunities a lot faster.

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

It is great at using feedback to construct a usable UI that has a simple but effective design. Great for educational content.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

The AI can be extremely frustrating to work with at times. It may take 5-10 tries to get it to make a specific, simple fix. Also, the AI usage credits are separate from the site credits to make HTML code changes which was not made aware to me at the time of membership purchase.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes the skill gap out of HTML coding which is perfect for me who needs a simple but functional website that I would not be able to create without the help of Lovable

It also helped me complete an assignment for school purposes, which was very beneficial. I find it very user-friendly and even recommended it to others.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

I didn't like that it removed credits for correcting a mistake the AI did.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that I could create a page and app without knowledge in those fields.

 ### 41. Fast for quick demos, but limited design and SEO support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lewis L. | Co-founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

Lovable is a handy tool when you need to spin up a quick demo or prototype. Its biggest strength is speed—you can build and publish something almost instantly.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

Compared with Framer, the visual polish and overall aesthetic feel more basic. Framer gives you more control and better-looking results.

Lovable uses CSR (Client-Side Rendering) instead of SSR (Server-Side Rendering). This means search engines like Google can’t fully index the page content from the start, which makes it unfriendly for SEO.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If you need a fast demo tool, Lovable delivers.

 ### 42. Effortless Website Creation, Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arif . | Founder

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

I find Lovable very easy to use, which is perfect for someone like me who knows nothing about coding. It does everything A-Z for me, which I really appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

Even though I'm on the 'pro' plan, I still see the 'Lovable' badge on my projects. Also, the daily free credits don't add up.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lovable to create small websites without knowing coding. It's very easy to use, doing everything A-Z for me.

 ### 43. Application Development Made Easy, Prices Can Improve

I also love the convenience and the efficient way it develops applications, which would definitely be a reason for me to buy it again.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

The prices of credits are still considered a bit high.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lovable is helping me develop applications in a practical way, offering ease of communication and automation in code design, making it possible to offer them in the market.

 ### 44. Like it but small changes can be very costly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Lovable?**

Very quick results. Ideal for prototyping an rapid devlopment

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

The credit system is fine in general but get's very (very) annoying when small things go wrong and need to be corrected. You can burn 5 credits just to fix a issue that is created by lovable itself (eg how a switch looks) . At the same time creating a new piece of complex functionality can also be 5 credits.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building small apps. In my case booking app for a club

 ### 45. Easy to create interactive and functional mockups, although with room for improvement

Its really easy to put together simple projects and learn code structure along the way and creating database. A great tool for a beginner to learn. Its really easy to get started and to prompt the AI into building simple ideas.

**What do you dislike about Lovable?**

The 5 credit minimum really is a bucket of cold water when you become immersed in learning new things.

**What problems is Lovable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lovable is solving several problems. First is the time it takes to create functional applications and the cost is drastically reduced.

 ### 49. Intuitive tool for non-coding people
