Lotly is mobile home park, manufactured housing, and rv park management software leveraging AI to streamline operations. It offers lot-level tracking for property monitoring, ACH rent collection for payments, and certified mail management for official correspondence. Tenant screening tools enable background checks, while an electronic signature platform supports digital document execution. Features include maintenance management for work orders, accounting modules for financial reporting, and communication tools for staff-resident messaging. Task management organizes operations, violation tracking monitors infractions, and eviction support aids legal processes. A tenant portal provides account access, payment options, and messaging. Additional tools include document storage, prospect and vendor management, employee oversight, amenity reservations, showing scheduling, and an AI lot inspector for property assessments.
