It is easy! The way the platform shows the audience is simply the best, a dashboard showing the percentage between male and female (gender), degree and some others data. In fact, after platform updates, it became easier, clean and also less complex to use compared to the beginning. The main issue for some clients is to identify and also understand the audience behavior and then how to apply all data to drive a media campaign or even to create and develop a new product or content to keep the client lealty to the trade. With SIDESC, they increase the sales by 300% after applying Lotame over its website to identify the customer behavior and needs. So they were able to create new segments and products to reach each category of client. And they also apply the knowledge over the website to increase the pageview numbers and become relevant to the market offering a qualified audience. They also understand the interests of their customers to deliver the most expressive experience of audience awareness of the brand. They run a digital media campaign to reach the audience and users using Lotame and during that, Lotame identified a new segment of interest: pet lovers. With this knowledge, Sidesc created a banner including pets like dogs and cats and the results were amazing! Related indicies and affinities are often too broad to seem totally irrelevant - example: Audience analytics shows "High affinity for Lexus and Bush's Baked Beans" -- How am I supposed to leverage that insight? Lotame DMP is a platform that is well thought in terms of features. I'd been used different DMPs and every time I touch Lotame, they have the main features that a normal DMP should have. Specially if you're a Publisher is a super good fit for monetizing audiences in the programmatic and direct space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Lotame Spherical Platform? As the industry evolves, there are several challenges like the wave of the CDPs, the Offline-Online segmentation in one single platform and the 3rd party cookie end. In general terms, I think they are working hard but not at enough velocity. Another point is that tech support is not what I expected for a first-class platform like Lotame. They are super focused on the tech aspects and not the outcome as itself. Also, when comes to LatAm customers, they don't have so much knowledge that several features don't work there and it's a pain. As an example, Liveramp doesn't work in LatAm and there is no other way that Lotame can make offline onboarding happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Lotame helps you to collect easily different digital touchpoints, create segments from those actions and activate this data in main channels like DSPs, Ad Servers, SSPs and many other integrations.
