**What do you like best about LOT?**

The software offers great customer support and is easy to use. It also functions well and it's organised thus offering communication.

**What do you dislike about LOT?**

The platform is rigid when you have send an order thus you cannot make any change. However, this can be solved through being keen when sending an order.

**Recommendations to others considering LOT:**

The platform offers best working mode for teams as it enhances their collaboration and customer support provision.

**What problems is LOT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software has enhanced good communication and programming among teams in an organization. It is also quick and easy to use thus time saving.
