Users can: - Create and manage projects with unique takedown schedules, fee structures, and other requirements - Automatically calculate fees, escalators, and project economics - Submit and approve takedown requests - Access real-time portfolio reporting, and more No more relying on email threads, spreadsheets, or one-off document exchanges—Lot Vault automates key workflows, provides transparency across stakeholders, and creates a single source of truth for financial and operational data. Cecilian Partners is redefining residential real estate through innovative data solutions and a commitment to elevating the homebuying experience. The company’s Residential OS™ software suite offers end-to-end digital solutions for homebuilders and developers, including the industry’s first land banking platform, a patented property development ERP, interactive 3D homefinder maps, and an all-in-one community management and resident engagement platform.
