LOT AXIS is lot traceability and production tracking software built for seafood, meat and poultry, produce and cannabis processors. It runs on your own network, on the plant floor, and is a one-time purchase rather than a monthly subscription. Every case gets a compliant label (GS1-128 or PTI) at the production station, and the lot is set when the label prints, never typed by hand. Receiving, processing, moves, palletizing and loading are scanned with an Android handheld, so you always know what you have, where it is and which lots went into it. When a customer, auditor or the FDA asks, you run a backward or forward trace in minutes and export it. LOT AXIS captures the Key Data Elements for FSMA 204, supports SIMP, USDA FSIS grinding records and SQF/BRCGS mock recalls, and keeps a full time-stamped audit trail where nothing is ever lost. Plant managers see yield and variance by lot, and an optional Dashboard Upgrade adds a manager KPI dashboard and a plant-floor TV display. LOT AXIS connects to QuickBooks, NetYield and NetSuite and works alongside your ERP. It is not an ERP. Built on 26 years of plant-floor software for fresh food processors (formerly SIMBA). 3.
