Industrial Asset tracking made seamless **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Vaibhav G. | Product manager, Dairy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2025 **What do you like best about Losant?** Losant has the tools to help build an entire user interface on the front end seamlessly and is capable of being easy to use as per our utility. It did require some efforts in setting up but it was all worth it. We use it on a daily basis for our industrial asset management and whenever we have hickups, our sales rep is there to help us. The dashboard has also integrated with our ERP on the backend which is a blessing in disguise. **What do you dislike about Losant?** Low refresh rate means that after some period of inactivity, I have to log out and log in again for the correct results to pop up. This may be particular to industrial asset management or some API glitch but this is one of the things i dislike. **What problems is Losant solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have machinery all over the plant and it helps in terms of asset tracking and management on a regular basis. This has helped us to keep a track of maintenance schedule of our equipment in our network. ### 2. Easy to generate and test out different IoT applications that work as a cloud software foundations. **What do you dislike about Losant?** Platform updates can be a little bit tedious. Adding dashboards and additional options when importing different types of resources can be time-consuming.
