Loopyah is an event ticketing platform for venues, festivals, promoters and conferences that run paid events as a business. It charges less to sell your tickets, then helps you turn every buyer into a customer for your next event. You pay one fee per paid ticket, with card processing included. That's US$1.15 + 4.75% in the United States and A$0.95 + 4.25% in Australia. There's no subscription, setup fee or minimum, and free events cost nothing. For each event you choose whether buyers pay the fee at checkout or you cover it. Payouts are weekly with no payout fee. The tools organizers usually pay separate monthly subscriptions for come with every event: - Guest checkout with Apple Pay, Google Pay and card, plus Afterpay in Australia. Buyers don't need an account. - Ticket releases that open by themselves when the one before sells out, plus promo codes - Seating charts with a price for each section - Promoter links that count each promoter's sales and work out their commission - Sponsorship pages where brands pick a package and pay for it - An event CRM with one record per buyer across all your events - Email to past buyers that shows what each campaign sold, with 500 emails a month free - An AI Ads Manager that runs Meta, Google and TikTok campaigns against the ticket orders they produce, with no markup on ad spend - QR check-in, guest lists, Tap to Pay at the door and official resale You can also connect Loopyah to Claude or ChatGPT to check sales, open more tickets or draft a reminder email. It asks before every change and never moves money.
