Loopy is the technology team for real estate agencies in Brazil. Together with the owner, it sets up customer service on the agency's own WhatsApp: it answers every lead day and night, sends the property details, books and confirms viewings, and hands the agent what belongs to the agent (the viewing, the offer and the negotiation). It also runs follow-up, rent collection and owner notices, integrated with the systems the agency already uses (Superlógica, Kenlo, Vista, Jetimob, Imobzi, Kommo, RD CRM and others). At one client, from July to September 2026: 1,974 conversations answered, a median first response of 82 seconds including after hours, and 411 viewings booked. Custom implementation, starting with a diagnosis of the agency's operation.
