**What do you like best about Loopio?**

That we can complete projects and upload client documents.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

It's clunky and does not find responses well at all. The export feature messes up the client document.

**What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are working on AI features which revise wording to be quite nice.
