Loop Voice connects to Shopify and uses the store's own data, such as cart contents, order history and product details, so each call is specific to the shopper. Calls are recorded and transcribed, and recovered revenue is attributed to the calls that drove it. LoopIQ learns from every call to improve scripts, call timing and follow-up, and a call simulator lets you test the agent before it calls real customers. Customers with published results include Modern Hearing ($300,000+ recovered, 11% of calls became a sale), Warrior Will Power ($200,000+ recovered, 7.1% of 1,184 calls became a sale), CityMan USA and CastleFlexx. Plans start at $119 a month for 120 credits. Credits are only used when a shopper picks up, and an answered conversation uses about 1.5 credits. Loop Voice is listed on the Shopify App Store and works with Klaviyo, Omnisend, Gorgias, Zendesk and Twilio.
