"Too pricy and actually cost us money"

What do you like best about Loop?

The most helpful thing was that it's easier for customers to start a return. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loop?

Loop exchanges don't really allow for upsell. We were making WAY more woth Returnly Instant Refund credits. We are now stuck in a contract with these guys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Loop solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's easier for customers to start a return. But honestly we are using happy returns as I am very disappointed with Loo Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
