"Keeps track of my phone"

What do you like best about Lookout?

I can see a photo of whoever tries to steal my phone. It's easy to track it and it has a nice web interface that is intuitive enough to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lookout?

There was a time when I couldn't get the phone to scream when i sent a signal, it took a long time before we figured out what was wrong. Hopefully, current and future versions dont have these issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Love Lookout"

What do you like best about Lookout?

I like that Lookout always does security checks on all of my apps. I love that it is FAST when it does these checks. They don't slow down my phone. I like that it offers me options of HOW secure I want to be with my phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lookout solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lookout makes sure that all of your apps are secure. They make sure that you know what each app is accessing and how much it accesses, for example, it will let you know if Maps is accessing your camera. What do you like best about Lookout?

-it’s very easy to use, install and let apps do it’s job in background.

-it has many functions such as phone contact and databackup, device location finder etc.

-We can scream the device and track if we don’t know the device location.

- it has some premium features like safe wifi and breach reports.

-App consumes heavy internal memory and device resources

-No manual optimization, No cleanup function and very limited menu function

"Lookout: A Great Security tool to "Lookout" for!"

What do you like best about Lookout?

It is a great antivirus and threat detector and does wonders when it comes to maintaining your security infrastructure within a program by kicking out malware and spyware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lookout?

Its difficult to find a module api for it to be used externally in our own app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Lookout:

Go for it! You will never regret it since its easy to use, setup and work with. Install and forget it. Also, you can anytime turn off the annoying ads. The app compares favorably to other Android security apps and is ranked as the fourth best security app by AV-Test. In all the years I've used Lookout, I've never actually had the app alert me that it had detected malware. Although installing such helpful apps come with a trade-off of memory and battery, but whats the use of saving battery when your phone is subjected to security risks. "Great, low overhead prodtection for your mobile device"

What do you like best about Lookout?

"Quick and Easy Ui"

What do you like best about Lookout?

Lookout is one of yhe greatest and easiest find my phone app I have used to date, it can lock and wipe your phone and it had a built-in anti virus. Lookout stands out from the competition due to its easy to use Ui Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best mobile security app."

What do you like best about Lookout?

The part I like the most is Lookout Mobile location finder. I lost my phone several times, was able to locate my phone and see the picture of the person that tried to get in. A big part of the app is also free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lookout solving and how is that benefiting you?

It scans all applications and files you download for viruses, you can easily locate and find your phone through there intuitive website and in helps you restore your contacts and photos (sort of like Dropbox). What problems is Lookout solving and how is that benefiting you?

Providing a sense of security while using mobile devices for QA work, particularly on the mobile version of the website I work with, has been extremely useful. Although most of the QA work is in the testing environment a serious threat would be posed to the app if passwords etc were accessed, and with lookout that is never a worry. "Good Looking Out"

What do you like best about Lookout?

Lookout is one of the greatest applications I’ve ever had talked in my phone. I love everything about it. I had my phone stolen about a year ago, by someone who I thought was my friend, and I would have never known that if it wasn’t for Lookout. It immediately lets me know that my phone had been shut down, or put on airplane mode, or if the SIM card removed, and gave me the option to lock it. I can locate the phone easily too. Not only is it great that reason, but it will also alert you when you’re using an unsecure network to browse the internet. You also get breach reports and there’s a lot more. I think this is a great app and it is especially great for when one is running their own business because we handle not only ours, but clients valuable information sometimes, and that can someone land in the hands of a thief. What do you dislike about Lookout?

I dislike the fact that a lot of these features are premium features. Besides the Free plan, they have a Premium and Premium Plus. If you want all these cool features like the. $1M Identity Theft Insurance, Identity Monitoring, or Social Media Watch, you have to pay monthly or yearly for their services. What problems is Lookout solving and how is that benefiting you?

I lost my phone about a year ago, which is when I was just brainstorming and making plans for my business. Most of my thoughts, ideas, and some documents were saved in my device. If Sprint would have never advertised it, I would have never learned about Lookout and a lot of my things would have just been lost. I was able to recover my SD Card from the phone.
