"Intuitive application with efficient data export"
4/5
What do you like best about Looker?

I use Looker to conduct outbound lead prospecting quickly and efficiently. Looker provides me with a quick and comprehensive overview at the push of a button and is very intuitive to use, which simplifies the creation of my own reports and dashboards. The integration with our CRM system is particularly useful as it minimizes the effort of lead generation since the data is already available in Looker. I appreciate the intuitive application because it allows me to realize my own ideas without relying on the internal product owner team. The feature of being able to perform data export at the push of a button also saves me a lot of time, as I can quickly and easily export the required data. Before exporting the data, I can easily set appropriate filters and move columns so that the export file meets my requirements. I can then further edit this file, share it with colleagues, or upload it as a CSV file in other systems. As an end user, the initial setup of Looker was very easy because I was provided with a license and received automatic access to all the contents of our workspace. What do you dislike about Looker?

What doesn't work well in my current version: I would like to have an integrated AI assistant that searches for the desired data based on prompt input. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly with Essential Limitations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Looker?

I love that Looker is free and user-friendly. The collaborative data visualizations it offers are great because they allow me to integrate my Google Sheets to create visually appealing dashboards. It helps transform my complex raw data into readable, interactive dashboards with filters and calculations, which is really helpful for showcasing summaries of multiple data sets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Looker?

It seems to be slow or gets hung when I add large data files and give very complex raw data. Very limited data blending in the free version. Initial setup was difficult for me since I was using it for the first time. I had no clue how to use multiple datasets, create different pages, and tables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Easy-to-Navigate Interface That Makes Reporting Fast"
5/5
What do you like best about Looker?

I have been using Looker since last year. It’s easy to navigate, and I can quickly find the reports and information I need. Looker has been pivotal in our organization, thanks to its clean, straightforward interface. I also like the adaptable tiles, and the ability to work with several boards at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Looker?

The drill-down function is difficult to analyze, and it’s also hard to find the right fields. The company should improve this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Looker Studio Made My Sewing Machines Site Traffic Dashboard Simple and Actionable"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Looker?

I love how quickly I can build clean, interactive dashboard with real GA4 data. The engagement overview shows clear KPIs like 329k view and 68% engagement rate, while the device category donut and session medium chart help me instantly see what's working. Blending data and adding filters is straightforward, and the page performance table highlights top content like "sewing machines Premier precision machine worldwide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Looker?

Loading large dashboards can sometimes feel slow. Some advanced calculations still require manual blending instead of automatic smart features. The interface occasionally feels cluttered when adding many charts and controls on one page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customisable Dashboard, But Steep Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about Looker?

I love the ability to visualise our data in Looker, as opposed to searching through spreadsheets for answers. Being able to add pie charts, bar charts, and line graphs helps us to spot trends and dips visually, and act quickly to address these changes. I also appreciate that we can filter by date ranges, which we use a lot to report on how well each store did. For example, we've been trying to push customers to shop in our retail stores on Saturdays rather than online, so we use Looker to filter by Saturday to assess and compare how much money each store made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Looker?

My biggest issue with Looker is that it's so difficult to learn at first. I struggled to create a dashboard from scratch. I didn't know what its capabilities were and wasn't sure how to set up this dashboard effectively. I didn't know that you could connect it to GA4 and Google Ads rather than exporting the data out of those programs and then uploading it to Looker (which I was doing for a while). "Looker Makes Custom Marketing Dashboards and Funnel Tracking Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Looker?

Looker allows us to create custom dashboards for marketing reports, including Google PPC, SEO, and other channels. It’s highly customizable, so we can tailor reports to what we need and use it for funnel tracking as well as overall marketing data tracking for a company’s online presence. Analytics, reporting, and customizability are the main strengths for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Looker?

Could be more beginner-friendly. It takes some time to learn, and Sometimes dates don’t update easily, and it’s not always responsive or quick enough. Overall, the page load feels heavy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Customization with Room for UI Modernization"
4/5
What do you like best about Looker?

I use Looker for the analytics dashboard for test case automation metrics in the Quality Engineering department at BrowserStack. The best part is the flexibility to customize and ease of configuration across multiple integrations. We have the flexibility to customize different types of visual charts and representations based on how we want to see and comprehend the data, and it is easy to integrate with our BrowserStack test management products. The initial setup was very easy, even though we needed to spend some time on customizations based on our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Looker?

The UI can be more fancy as it currently looks old school. The charts and graphs are old style and could be redesigned in a more modern way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Google Analytics Integration with Flexible Dimensions and Filters"
4/5
What do you like best about Looker?

Looker connects well with Google Analytics. Looker has always had so many dimensions, metrics, and filters to choose from, it's possible to pull in just about every configuration of data you can think of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Looker?

The learning curve on Looker is steep. There are also multiple ways to accomplish visualizing specific data points, which makes it a little difficult to troubleshoot how someone else set up the table/chart/graph, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
