We did not have automatically actualization and also we can trust in the information completely. It is also nice to easily put together your own boards. It;s great that ther is an app. When I'm not at work, I can still see al the data on a glance. **What do you dislike about Looker?** It's a little bit slow. And the app on ios keeps logging me out. Need to enter my details multiple times, this is annoying. Should be nice if you could enable notification if some threshold in the data is met. **What problems is Looker solving and how is that benefiting you?** In retail, it gives us a good overview of how well we perform on a daily, weekly and annual basis. Where is the growth and the challenges. It is also great that we can read data per individual employee and get to work with them ### 46. One thing I like about this platform is the ability it has to integrate with a wide variety of data sources, including relational databases, data warehouses, and other cloud data warehouses; it has allowed us to unify data and perform analysis in one place, this has helped improve efficiency and business decision making time. Looker is flexible and customizable; it is possible to adapt it to the organization's specific needs, allowing us to create our data models and ways to visualize data, such as dynamic tables, graphs and custom dashboards. **What do you dislike about Looker?** The cost of Looker can be a daunting factor for some users and organizations, especially those on a limited budget. Looker also imposes a steep learning curve at first, especially for users with no prior data analysis experience. **What problems is Looker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Among so many benefits obtained with Looker, it has allowed us to present data in an attractive and easier-to-understand way through dynamic tables, graphs, and customizable dashboards, among others, improving the effectiveness of data communication. It allows creating of multiple dashboards and workflows as per the business requirements, It allows creation of our own data models and use with the dynamic tables **What do you dislike about Looker?** It's costly for small size businesses. Creation and exportation of the looks are complex. It uses SQL, so Knowledge of SQL is mandatory Creation of a custom dashboard is complex. **What problems is Looker solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use looker to analyze a large volume of our sales and marketing data, which helps make data-driven business decisions. It adds tremendous value to utilizing and leveraging data both for analysis, visualization and presentation **What do you dislike about Looker?** I don't like some minor features like merging two explores, or editing a tile in an existing dashboard, but all are considered minor issues compared to the features I like about the product. **What problems is Looker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data analysis (slicing, segmenting, queries..etc) and reporting accuracy and visualization. ### 49.
