I've used this program for several years and as many new releases. It takes a long time to build the index (about 20 hrs. for 200k items) and works fine for a week or two after the index is built. Then the index gets corrupted and the program doesn't find the file or email msg. you're searching for. At first you don't realize it's not working because it does find other things you search for. Tech support leaves a lot to be desired - email only, very slow to address problems/complaints. Invariably their "solution" is to "re-index" (another 20 hrs.) or install another upgrade - AND re-index. I'd give it no more than 2 stars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
