  ### 1. Bugs and having to install a plug-in make it inconvenient

**What do you like best about Lookback?**

I like that we can invite our own users for usability testing, whether moderated or not. I like that it records the sessions and stores them. It is convenient to be able to create different projects and add descriptions.

**What do you dislike about Lookback?**

Users have a lot of difficulty with the plug-in, which sometimes causes no-shows. I found out that some of the users came to the session, but we could not see each other for some reason.

**What problems is Lookback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently use Lookback for interviews but we are planning on using it for recruiting our users for usability tests by embedding the the link. This will help us channel our resources by reducing the time spent recruiting users.
