For starters, the UI is extremely outdated and whenever issues arise, customer support takes forever to attempt and resolve the issue. **What problems is Lone Wolf Back Office solving and how is that benefiting you?** brokerWolf is one of the better products in their line of services. While it needs an update, it does sync well with other products. ### 3. Reaction time is very slow.
