Lonca is a cloud-based business communication platform that brings customer conversations, internal team chat and task tracking into one app. The omnichannel inbox collects messages from email (Gmail, Microsoft 365, IMAP/SMTP), Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and phone calls (Voiso integration) into one shared stream. Teams assign conversations, track their status, set SLA targets and reply faster with canned responses. A unified contact card shows every message, call and task for the same customer on one timeline. Unlike help desks that stop at the ticket, Lonca includes the rest of the workday: channels, direct messages and threads for internal chat; browser-based voice rooms with screen sharing; and Kanban, list and calendar task views. Any message can become a task in one click, with the conversation attached. Lonca is designed with GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK in mind: encryption in transit and at rest, role- and channel-based permissions, and a hash-chained, tamper-evident audit log. AI summaries and reply suggestions run only on your own OpenAI or Anthropic key. Pricing is per seat with no per-conversation fees, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
