What do you like best about LollyLaw?

There's nothing I don't like about Lolly Law, but my favorite feature is how easy it is to prepare USCIS forms and sync the data between forms and the client's profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LollyLaw?

Absolutely nothing. I am time and again surprised and impressed by the software. Additionally, the Lolly Law help team are very responsive and pleasant when issues or questions arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LollyLaw?

I love the forms that are easy to fill out and the ability to link a client to see their own profile Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LollyLaw?

The only real downside is how the billing section caters more towards hourly rather than flat rates but it's still an amazing platform to use for transactional history but it doesn't outweigh the positives in being able to track how much someone worked on a case and other great tools. Recommendations to others considering LollyLaw:

Have another method for billing just in case the hourly functions don't work for you but use the platform for everything that it provides for the best quality of your team and clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LollyLaw solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lolly is helping us with communication and integration with out clients to be able to cater to them in a better experience. This never really lacked but it's just making it THAT much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi, Thank You so much for taking time to provide us feedback. We appreciate it! We want to use your feedback to make improvements, so I wanted to reach out and get some additional info. It sounds like you do mostly flat fees and not so much hourly. That is perfectly ok and Lolly can do flat fee billing. Any time entries you might enter for a flat fee case will not be billed - they will just be there as a reference for later as to how much time was spent and the value of that time, but again, no time entries will get billed on a flat fee. If it would be helpful, there is an option under Settings->Account Configuration to default all cases to 'Flat Fee'. If you set that, then opening a new matter will be even faster since it will always start as a flat fee. If there are suggestions you have that would beneficial to you, please let us know.
