What do you like best about LollyLaw?

The way the system has made it faster and easier to get forms done. I am getting done with twice as many packets as I was doing them without the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LollyLaw?

If on the I-589, you could have a section to auto-populate the beneficiary's information instead of writing their information each one by one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have asked a technician to review the I-589 specifically to make sure that beneficiary fields are all bound so that they populate/sync automatically. Hi Frida, thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback. We appreciate it! I saw that you indicated you like being able to move between records fast and being able to find records quickly. You also mentioned that you sometimes need to move from one matter to another and use the dashboard to do that. Would these matters be related in some way? If so, one option is to link them so that each matter appears on the Matter Overview page of the other and is a jump link. Let me know if that helps. Feel free to reach out directly with any suggestions you might have.

I wanted to follow up on the calendar area to hear a bit more about how you use and it what suggestions you might have? We have recently added some options that work with integrations, like being able to invite/email multiple attendees, and have a few small items to update. I like how easy it is to create clients and matters, and to cleanly see how things are organized. Tracking time and reporting are also easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the platform were a bit more flexible for added fields specific to how our organization keeps track of clients and services. We have specific client ID numbers for example that are more difficult to track in Lolly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LollyLaw?

I have worked with immigration for more than a decade, it is complicated with lots of moving parts. Lolly Law takes the guess work out and makes completing the forms a snap and it keeps applications and forms up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
