We appreciate it! I saw that you indicated you like being able to move between records fast and being able to find records quickly. You also mentioned that you sometimes need to move from one matter to another and use the dashboard to do that. Would these matters be related in some way? If so, one option is to link them so that each matter appears on the Matter Overview page of the other and is a jump link. Let me know if that helps. Quirks with Reform/Adobe functionality, expiration of forms after 30 days, glitchy interface in between contacts and matters, reminders don't seem more helpful than just regular calendar invites/task due dates. I have worked with immigration for more than a decade, it is complicated with lots of moving parts.
