Lokom — sales commission software built only for Pipedrive. Lokom turns the deals your sales team closes in Pipedrive into commission statements you can check and sign off. It is built for sales teams of 5 to 50 reps that run on Pipedrive and have no RevOps team, and that today calculate commissions by hand or in a spreadsheet. How it works: you connect Pipedrive once. Lokom reads your deals, pipelines, users and custom fields; it never edits your deal data. It applies your commission plan's rules to every won deal and shows the working, so every amount traces back to the deal and the rule that produced it. When a rep asks "why is my commission this number?", the answer is one click away. Commission plans: you set up the rules yourself, in plain language — percentages, fixed amounts, tiers, and team and manager splits. Before a plan goes live, Lokom's stress test shows what it would have paid on the deals you already closed, so you catch a costly rule before your reps do. For sales reps: each rep sees their own commission on the deal itself, inside Pipedrive, along with their quota attainment for the period. Their payouts and statements are in Lokom. Reps stop asking the manager at month end, and disputes are settled by the trace rather than by memory. For managers and finance: review the period's commissions, check each line against its deal and rule, and sign off with an audit trail. Pricing is public. The Free plan costs €0 for your first two reps, with no time limit and no card required. Growth is €49 per month plus €19 per rep on a live plan, billed monthly.
