## About LogixPlatform
LogixGRID is an integrated logistics and warehouse automation platform. It replaces the stack of disconnected tools most operators end up running — one system for the warehouse, another for transport, a spreadsheet for freight jobs, a WhatsApp group holding the drivers together — with a single platform where the same shipment, order and customer record moves from booking to delivery to invoice. What's on the platform LogixPlatform is sold as subscription modules, so you switch on only what your operation needs and add more as you grow: Logix WMS — warehouse management: inbound, putaway, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, multi-warehouse and multi-client operations. Logix TMS — transport management: trip planning, dispatch, live tracking and carrier settlement across your own fleet and third parties. Logix LMS and Logix DMS — logistics and delivery management, including route execution and proof of delivery. Logix CMS — courier management for booking, hub operations, manifesting and last-mile delivery. Logix FMS and Logix Finance — fleet operations plus billing, invoicing and financial reconciliation. Logix FreightNX — freight forwarding: quotations, jobs, documentation and shipment tracking. Logix CRM and Logix Flow — sales pipeline and workflow orchestration. Logix Docs and the Logix Shipping API — document management and developer access to the platform. Express, courier, FTL, LTL and e-commerce fulfilment are all supported, along with PUDO networks and shipping aggregation, across manufacturing, transportation, retail, eCommerce and 3PL operations. Built to be configured, not just implemented Most logistics systems ask you to change how you work to fit the software. LogixGRID is designed the other way round. A no-code app builder creates the screens and small applications your operation needs without waiting on a development queue. A visual workflow editor makes approval chains, exception handling and escalation paths mirror your actual SOPs. Dashboards and analytics are configurable to the metrics your team is measured on. Open APIs connect ERP, e-commerce, accounting and partner systems. Full white-label and custom app options let 3PLs, courier networks and franchisors put the platform in front of their own customers under their own brand. For operators whose process is their competitive advantage, this matters more than any feature list. You keep the process, and the software adapts to it. Built-in AI support ALYA, the platform co-pilot, works across modules to help teams find information and act on it without digging through screens. Integrations Pre-built carrier connections include FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS and Aramex, alongside Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, WooCommerce and OpenCart for commerce, QuickBooks, Xero and Zoho Books for accounting, and EDI. Anything else connects through the Logix Shipping API. **What do you like best about LogixPlatform?**

I like the fact that, it is quiet easy to develop a product on the platform and is based on low coding requirement.

**What do you dislike about LogixPlatform?**

I feel if there were more customization options then it would have been a more handy choice for me.

**What problems is LogixPlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes development of the tool much easier and helps us to track the inventory at the warehouses to then take further decisions.

**What do you like best about LogixPlatform?**

LogixPlatform helps in automate your tasks and manage it seamlessly. Also, there is no complexity in its interface and it provides real-time insights. As far it has good customer  support as well and which is really appreciated.

**What do you dislike about LogixPlatform?**

There might be challenges in integrating this product as it might need technical expertise. There are some limitations with the customization as well. Apart from this I dont find any major disadvantage is there.

**What problems is LogixPlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It majorly helps in fetching inventory of our assets and you can schedule it as per your requirement. Because of this manual efforts are saved.

It is complicate to understand and it has various featurs and it is complicate to know.

It helps to manage inventory it gives all the details fatched from the inventory also it scan the asset  on schudeuled time so basically it helps to do the manuall task and give the all details of inventory of assets.

needed some customization, the team did it very effectively and efficiently.

Earlier we were facing challenges in the visibility part but Logix Platform has given us total control and visibility.
