When you are using the WMS some things are not intuitive and can be confusing. I wish there were better resources to exemplify how to fill out import templates correctly and how to deal with the errors received when filling out the templates incorrectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's the most efficient WMS software out there. We took demos of several WMS systems before locking on Logiwa, which has paid off well. They have allowed us to grow more than 50% MoM. Easy to use and train UI/UX, no frills! Training is super easy for associates as well as team leads. If you are a high-volume D2C Brand or Fulfillment company, I will most definitely recommend them.

The support team is generally extremely prompt with their responses when an issue arises, which is great. I think the bones of the software are very solid and I find it relatively easy to use. Logiwa has thought of a number of really useful things (like single item processing) that some customers new to fulfillment software may never think of but will benefit enormously from. Some features are missing or don't work properly, such as setting declared values for international shipments. There have been glitches that took far too long to resolve.
