It's activity log has increased our capability to Audit Operations and pin point the steps that go right or wrong during and after shipment handling It also provides customizable BI reports, nice dashboards for Managers to maintain overview of operations while focusing on problem areas There are even more features that we may decide to use in future, for example Link to INTRAA, IATA for realtime updates.
