Managed AI order entry, cash application and supplier follow-up for manufacturers and distributors on QuickBooks Desktop. Logistify is a managed AI service for manufacturers and distributors, built around QuickBooks Desktop, including Enterprise. Instead of selling software seats, Logistify does recurring back-office work and returns it finished in your accounting system or ERP. Sales order entry. Customer orders that arrive by email (with PDF, Word, Excel or CSV attachments), as scans and photos, or by WhatsApp, SMS and voicemail are entered as sales orders using your customers, items and past orders. Orders with no open question go in automatically. An unmatched product, a price that doesn't add up, or an unusual quantity is held for your team with the reason. Cash application. Upload your bank file. Each customer payment is matched to the open invoices it pays and recorded (Receive Payments in QuickBooks Desktop), and every payment that needs a person comes with an explanation. Purchase order follow-up. Logistify tracks open purchase order lines, asks suppliers for delivery dates, reads their replies and records what they promised. Changes to the date, quantity or price wait for your buyer, and accepted dates can be written back to QuickBooks Desktop. Product catalog cleanup. Supplier spreadsheets, exports and PDFs are cleaned, validated and published to your ERP, ecommerce store and marketplaces. Logistify connects to QuickBooks Desktop through the QuickBooks Web Connector, and also works with QuickBooks Online, Unleashed, Brightpearl, Xero, SYSPRO, SAP and others. You pay for completed work: Core from $499 a month billed annually, Business from $999 a month, and a 30-day pilot for $1,000.
