As titled in my review, I absolutely LOVE having live support via the chat feature so I can ask questions as I am working and get answers quickly! No need to wait around for an answer hours, or even days, later. This is a shining feature of Logikcull.

I have tried at least two, if not three, other document management platforms, and Logikcull is by far the most user-friendly of all of them. I like the user interface and the visual of everything. Nothing is perfect, and while I just boasted about how user-friendly Logikcull is, I also believe they can work to make things even more user-friendly. Logikcull is a valuable tool for our eDiscovery practice. It offers an array of features empowering our case teams to efficiently run thorough doc reviews and data analysis.

As a cloud-based platform, Logikcull enables us to include external co-counsel in our document reviews. Logikcull offers a variety of permissions settings, allowing us to restrict access down to specific projects, documents, or review tools.

Logikcull is responsive to customer feature requests, and has added features such as Annotations (ability to highlight and link to specific passages of documents) based on our feedback. Every year, Logikcull continues to roll out impressive new features. One recent addition which caught my eye: the ability to redact the transcription text from an A/V file, and Logikcull will BLEEP the corresponding audio segment.

Logikcull also has stellar customer support—in fact, I’d say they have provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from any type of company. Their techs are clever troubleshooters and abundantly kind.

Logikcull does not currently offer custom coding panels within their review sets feature, but they continue to improve their product, and I imagine custom coding panels may eventually be rolled out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that Logikcull de-dupes before we ever review the document is time-saving. We used to use Adobe for searches, redactions, and everything, and when we wanted to find an email from one specific person we would have to search the entire download of 3000+ pages. With Logikcull, we are able to search a project with the To:/From: option since Logikcull captures all the email addresses in the project. We can be more precise and faster in our searches. We need the ability to be able to select keywords or information for redaction in a document without having to "accept the redaction. Once we accept it, it is blacked out for good, but we need the ability to select the information for review because we send it to the AG's office for decision. However, the final redaction is contingent on the AG accepting or denying our argument to withhold. If AG allows us to withhold information then we want to be able to go back and "accept" the redaction. As it stands we are having to go back to use Adobe for that feature. Everything is cloud-based, and the design team is continually reviewing and improving the site to improve the user experience. They are never content, and they use client feedback as a challenge to improve their product. The customer service is excellent. Logikcull, a cloud-based software, has a better user experience and cloud functionality than competitors. Although it initially did not allow internal endorsement of opposite-sided papers, it has since been enabled. I wish for Logikcull to provide invoices for specific costs within the system, allowing for proof of case-specific costs. My favorite part about logikcull is how it expedites every part of the discovery process that would normally take double or triple time to complete. It saves time and money, and is very user friendly. You can review the entire project documents immediately using simple search features that are easy to understand and use for anyone. In addition, when I get stuck in a problem or have questions about a function, I can chat to the technician immediately and they always know what I need to do or how to do it. I would like to work more easily with documents for the production of trial exhibitions. Logikcull is very useful for discovering, but it is difficult to create a trial exhibition. The most useful feature of Logikcull is its ability to filter and sort data in a variety of ways. Developing criteria can be the most difficult aspect of data assessment. Logikcull offers a plethora of criteria options and "thinks" for you. Logikcull includes a built-in 24/7 support system that is simple to use. So far, I'm not aware of any disadvantages to using Logikcull. My organization's only stumbling block has been using it so extensively that we fast exhaust our data plan capacity. Our firm purchased Logikcull licenses in February 2020, trained us a well as IT guys can do, COVID hit, and just a little I had to produce documents FAST. Logikcull's tech team totally walked me through the process, from creating searches, assigning review sets, creating and adjusting tags, review procedure and finally production. It turned a potentially very intimidating experience into a seamless task. We've also used a number of other review platforms in the past. Logikcull beats every one of them.
