I like that Logiform enables me to create Forms from scratch or use a template. Using a template is a good thing as different types exist for different industries; Ranging from real estate, automotive, restaurant, and many more. With Logiform you can also sign on the forms with an electronic signature, a cool feature to explore. You can get a professional package at $24.95/month and an enterprise package at 54.95/month. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE LogiForms. It's perfect for those who have a decent understanding of databases and want a no-code solution to populate and report on that data. I've tried so many other tools, like Jotform, Scorecard.app, and other much more expensive solutions. None of them offered the flexibility LogiForms offers because they're watering down the solution for those who lack an understanding of databases and forms development. All I wanted to do was create a form with conditional logic and then create a dynamic, data-driven PDF for each survey taker. Every other solution I tried had limitations that were show stoppers. It reminds me of the older versions of microsoft windows, but it's intuitive if you've ever used MS Access or Crystal Reports back in the day. The flexibility. There are so many different form templates to choose from and you can create your own forms and format them with HTML and CSS so that they appear the way you want them to.
