"Great tool for MSP infrastructure monitoring"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor?

Logicmonitor allows us as an MSP to onboard customers within minutes; it's a matter of deploying the collector and the data start flowing in. Great visibility out of the box, and enough options to customize if neccesary.

Great support from the team at LM in and after our onboarding.

We replaced 5 tools for 1 with the introduction of LM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogicMonitor?

The new UI is still under active development, and sometimes feels like it's public beta (old UI is still available). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you?
