Logicmonitor is delivered as cloud based solution which provided a secure and always on platform for us to leverage in our MSP offering. We required no investment in infrastrcuture and the solution was ready to deploy in a minutes. Logicmonitor works cloely with vendors to onboard key metric and aotumaically allocates alert severity indicators that we could leverage out of the box. The platorm is highly customizable but from an alerting level as well the client dashboard level, enabling us to provide client specific views of their critical infrastructure. The SLA widgets enables us to measure and report against key metrics aligned to our MSA's.
