Reducing the amount of back-and-forth emails; housing all necessary info & docs for complaint resolution in one central location as opposed to an email inbox that has a limited retention schedule and can be more difficult to track.

Limits the amount of direct information regarding individual sampling to input. Additional resources are required to get a full picture of report

I can't think of anything it solves. Extra workload for me personally.

As for deleting files, that limitation is intentional. LogicManager is designed to preserve all data through archiving instead of deletion so you always maintain a complete audit trail. This is a core risk management best practice that ensures accuracy, accountability, and compliance.

That is is always evolving to be more encompassing of the ERM process. It doesn't just look to  create a visual dashboard of information but rather how to take the data and make useful reports that executives can use to make thoughtful and insightful decisions from.

There are some limitations to the reporting moduel and quirks between platforms with inconsistencies. However, after attending IMPACT, it sounds like the development team is open to hearing about those issues so they can work to resovle them when made aware of them.

Need a central location to host risk assessments, quantify them, and start to develop and build out our ERM system.

Working with our implementation manager, Danni Troy, has been a pleasure so far. Her commitment to seeing the client's implementation succeed is commendable! Her professionalism, expertise, and dedication have helped advance our GRC initiatives. She has demonstrated unparalleled expertise and dedication throughout our implementation process and has consistently gone above and beyond to tailor solutions to our specific needs. We are incredibly fortunate to have Danni as part of our Implementation Manager, and I look forward to continuing our successful partnership.

User-based licensing limit our ability to deploy the solution at the enterprise wide level due to the budget constraint. But I've learned that this is going to change this year to a solution-based pricing structure which is a great news!

Connect all the complex risk data and remove any silos under 1 platform where risk data can be easily tracked/reported to allow efficient GRC management.

The best thing about LogicManager is the support team. They lean in and help guide us to have the absolute best experience. And yes, the tool itself is powerful and my "go-to" for TPRM and particulary workflow to allow all SMEs to input, review and move forward.

**What do you dislike about LogicManager?**

I am not sure that I dislike but it is something that I'm not sure about yet, that is the contract management piece. I would like a more sophisticated program to help manage my contracts. 

Oh and reporting seems clunky and I have asked for someone to show me how to better run reports and dashboards so this should be solved today (5/16).

**What do you like best about LogicManager?**

Employees are always willing to assist. LM workflows may be continously changed to adapt to changes.

**What do you dislike about LogicManager?**

The CEO went on several rants at the conference, it left the entire room feeling weird. Many even cringed when he took the mic. Conference hiccups were far too many. LMX was pushed hard but is nothing more than ChatGMT for LM, it cannot read data, so is very high level and every user I spoke with said useless. Missed the smaller group sessions. Much smaller attendee list this year, many leaving LM.

Reporting remains a pain point. Hours are spent weekly manipulating reports. Pricing continues to increase at a rapid pace. Lots of employee turnover. Integration with apps is painful.

A system that is auditable and automated.

Logic Manager is great for tracking the progress of complaints from start to finish, I have the ability to make changes to any fields and to create the reports I need. I am able to tell a stakeholder how many complaints we received and report on any of the fields we track.

Reports are very slow and I wish we could make changes to the task notifications.

There is no way to add comments within an RCSA to go back & forth between assessor and reviewed/challenger.
Only offering 3 levels for Risk and Controls makes it more difficult to get more granular.
We've been having more downtime recently due to upgrades, etc.

Ease of use: Configuration is done by the user and is very easy - do not need any coding knowledge. 
Customer service is outstanding: In addition to general support, you are assigned implementation specialists who stay with you after initial implementation and are available to answer questions, create reports, provide guidance.

Self-service reporting capabilities are limited, but this is offset by the customer service of the specialists assigned to your account who can create any report you need.

Keeping everything in one place:  We previously had information stored in Outlook, SharePoint, network drives, etc.  Now all tasks and communications for an event can be managed in LogicManager. 
Automation:  Manual reminders and processes are a thing of the past. With automation rules, you can build workflows to send tasks and reminders at the appropriate times.

The customer service is top notch and the assigned rep, Dan Chu,  that I deal with is so smart and helpful. It almost feels like he is part of our team here at the Bank. I've never had a rep that was so eager to help and creative with solutions. Kudos to Logic Manager and their team!

Love that it's a centralized location for all of our vendor processes and documents. They ability to customize with no code is excellent, we're able to update in real time me not need to wait on our IT team or developers to make changes happen.

I would like more ability to customize for our use case. We're waiting on additional integration that will reduce the manual work. Would also like to make the user interface a bit more user friendly since most of the users in our org are looking for ease to access, quick overviews, direct links to contracts, etc.

**What do you like best about LogicManager?**

I have been using LogicManager for more than two years, and it has been a great experience.
LogicManager replaced another GRC platform that we had installed with excellent improvements.
Since that, we have deployed internal audit plans, findings, and actions plans, operational risk events, IT risk events, Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA). We are just now moving to policy management, and for 2022 we are planning to implement BIA-Busines Impact Analysis in LogicManager.
We have been doing all that by ourselves, with the excellent support of the Support Team.
It has been a great experience!

**What do you dislike about LogicManager?**

We do not have any structural complaints about LogicManager. Everything we like to implement has been possible.
Last year we had a significant concern about RGPD, with all Privacy Shield legal issues between US and EU. But since LogicManager installed a European Data Center, LogicManager sorted it out for good!
In strategic terms, I suppose you guys must have a Support Team in Europe to assist more directly all European customers. Even the Support Team in Boston is fantastic!

**What do you like best about LogicManager?**

The best thing about LogicManager is the amount of support you get from them....and not just from your dedicated account analyst. I have met with all sorts of people from LogicManager that generally want to make it the best GRC solution out there. Monthly product updates/webinars give you an idea of how to evolve/enhance your current ERM, Vendor, Compliance, Audit program(s). I definitely recommend using LogicManager as your GRC vendor. From the customer support to the new integration capabilities, you will be hard-pressed to find another GRC vendor who can provide as much value as they do.

**What do you dislike about LogicManager?**

One downside to using LogicManager is that they are still relatively small in size. This could potentially impact support in the future. I would like to see more improvements with out-of-the-box reporting and more integrated workflows.

**Recommendations to others considering LogicManager:**

I would recommend getting the enterprise license so that you have access to all features and use cases. It is easy to implement something new if you do not have to worry about not having a certain license/access

**What problems is LogicManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By implementing LogicManager, we have moved from primarily manual/Excel-based processes in many of our bank's risk areas to more automated and streamlined processes. Productivity has gone up as we no longer have to create/maintain large and expansive spreadsheets. Automated reporting is also a great benefit!

Logic Manager provides a central location to house our risk, compliance, and audit programs. We most utilize customized workflows. The ability to build our own workflows has enabled us to create more streamline and efficient programs. Customer service is something that we also appreciate about Logic Manager. Whether through email, chat, or with our account representative, we always receieve the answers we need promptly. The constant platform updates are also greatly apprecited.

**What do you dislike about LogicManager?**

The legacy systems seems to have had better resources for self-service when it comes to help through the site. The Resource Center does not seem to be as helpful as it was in the legacy system. It would also be nice if the reporting module could be real-time to reflect changes that were recently made and not have to wait overnight for the reporting module to update.

**Recommendations to others considering LogicManager:**

The platform can do so much. Work with your account representative to discover all of the fantastic things Logic Manager can do.

Logic Manager has enabled us to become more streamline, efficient, and productive. We have been able to move from very manual processes within our programs to almost fully automated programs. There has been an invaluable time-cost savings that is one of the major benefits of us moving to Logic Manager. Customized workflows along with tasks that can be assigned have been valuable in our use of Logic Manager.

I appreciate the fact that Logicmanager is an integrated risk management tool and how easy it is for the users to accept it , removing all change resistance obstacles. In particular I like the fact that the owners can develop forms and workflows by themselves, without the need of consultants and IT experts, which create a dependence and delays the implementation of the modules. The fact that Logicmanager reflects in the system upgrades the needs and requirements of its clients also brings benefits to all. Finally the pricing is by user type and number of users which makes quite easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about LogicManager?**

The modules themselves are not as complete as other competitors, which forces to make some compromises. However, it more than sufficient for small and medium companies to operate and manage their risks.

We are currently managing Findings and action plans, operational risk and IT incidents in the application. We are also documenting all the internal audits and audit timesheets. We have registered all our processes and perform regular risk assessments on those.
