There are some kinks in the programming of the filters which don't always show the information you need. Some screens with auto-save is a good feature. Not when making minor changes, there is no undo. User Impersonation feature (similar to Salesforce) would be really useful troubleshooting users errors and granular controls. Responders do not have to log into LogicGate to submit evidence items. **What do you dislike about LogicGate Risk Cloud?** Reporting options are weak as of today however, we are using and excel workaround provided to us by LogicGate staff that is better than the reporting we had with our other software. **Recommendations to others considering LogicGate Risk Cloud:** Look beyond replacing your current tool and find other ways to use LogicGate. We required a replacement of our Internal Audit software and we partnered with our Security team which also needed a evidence gathering tool. We are now introducing LogicGate to our ISO and GDPR teams. We also plan to introduce LogicGate to our Vendor Management and M&A teams. **What problems is LogicGate Risk Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking of completion items. Simple email notification of evidence items we require including follow-up emails all generated by LogicGate. We have reduced the time staff spend on manually creating emails and follow-up emails. LG might have potential but this is not made for Audit and SOX at the current state. Needs to incorporate a workflow that accommodates Interim and Roll Forward testing. I would advise that LG see how Archer, CCH and MetricStream run their businesses and see how LG could be improved. Also, try and hire people who worked in world class audit and compliance departments to help LG understand how these Compliance Programs work. **What do you dislike about LogicGate Risk Cloud?** Can't open multiple websites at the same time. No way to make mass changes, basically you have to enter each field. I lost many hours of efficiency because I had to manually enter fields (e.g. Test Plan Description (High Level); Test Plan Description (Detailed with Testing Attributes); etc.). **Recommendations to others considering LogicGate Risk Cloud:** Carefully define your Business Requirements. LG is very customizable and their staff try their best to help their customers, but this tool is not made for Audit and Compliance right now. Senior Management needs to go back to the drawing board and rethink their product. The devil is in the details. Engage Audit and Compliance consultants to work out the important details. **What problems is LogicGate Risk Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** See above. This is basically a tracker. We can send different sections or the whole questionnaire. We can also customize the questions to be a text box, drop down, multi select, etc. It has been great because our team is constantly improving our process and LogicGate can do pretty much anything that we want it to do. **What do you dislike about LogicGate Risk Cloud?** Like I said above, it's great to make changes along the way but if we add new questions to a section and the third party has already completed the questionnaire, they come up blank in the next step and since they are required we have to figure out what to put there to move the questionnaire along. I understand why it is this way, but it's just a small pain we have to go through as we keep making changes. **What problems is LogicGate Risk Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows us to remain consistent with how we vet current and new third parties. It is a great tool to keep all the information organized in one place. It's great for collaboration - our third parties can have multiple people review the questionnaire and split up sections to fill out. It has a very intuitive drag and drop interface, no coding needed. The biggst challenge is knowing what you want. If you get stuck, there is excellent customer support. They focus on getting you to understand their platform, so that you can make modifications yourself. LogicGate sells their platform instead of hours. **What do you dislike about LogicGate Risk Cloud?** LogicGate is fairly new, so some functionality is still missing or in rare cases not working properly and documentation can be improved. That is likely because we're using it as an information holder as well as a workflow and we pull the same fields into each node to retain information. -There is no interface with regulatory updates. -When a user submits on one node and wishes to proceed with the next node, it would be nice if it would go straight there rather than having to go through the work screen again. -Documents cannot be dragged from email to LogicGate. We have a great deal of confidence in LogicGate's ability to meet our needs, both in terms of the application itself, but also in regard to supporting us and the platform in the future. After a month or so of using LogicGate we felt comfortable building and enhancing processes thanks to helpful support offered by Gary and the rest of the team at LogicGate. **What do you dislike about LogicGate Risk Cloud?** While we have been impressed by the functionality offered by LogicGate for the capture and collation of risk information, it would be good to see enhancements made to the reporting functionality offered by the system, but we have already seen improvements and LogicGate are really receptive to feedback. **Recommendations to others considering LogicGate Risk Cloud:** Spend time up front mapping out the processes you want to add to LogicGate and always think about the end user experience. Ask plenty of questions of the support team, as they are very quick at responding and offering solutions. **What problems is LogicGate Risk Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** LogicGate has enabled the business to have timely access to a single source of fact for all risk framework data, whilst supporting their continuous improvement programmes. ### 24. The reps that we worked with were easy to talk to and would answer any questions we had. Our users of the program were able to learn very easily. I also liked the way we were able to generate analysis and send them off to other users. This was much easier then having to email everyone from our work emails and a lot better way to track different users process within any given step. **What do you dislike about LogicGate Risk Cloud?** The reports were able to upload to excel but we still had to edit them after the fact. It didn't take much time but still just an extra step we had tot take. The heat maps, we are told will be better developed in the upcoming months along with other reports. Right now we are having to generate our own heat maps to suit the needs of our audience. Hopefully the reports will be develop in a way that we can edit them better and get more out of them. **Recommendations to others considering LogicGate Risk Cloud:** The ease of use is great and there are so many different applications. They can tailor one to suit your needs. **What problems is LogicGate Risk Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to streamline our processes more easily with this program and get away from printing our reports on paper. It allowed us to communicate better with our peers when we had to get information from them. Tracking the information helps us generate the needed reports that we must have for internal purposes and reviews. ### 25. The other big advantage of LogicGate is that it was very easy to customize the platform to fit our risk framework and scoring methodology, rather than having to adjust our framework to fit the tool, which would have been the case with several GRC platforms on the market today. **What do you dislike about LogicGate Risk Cloud?** No complaints so far. There are a few features we'd like to see in order to broaden the use of the platform, but the team at LogicGate has been really receptive to those and has plans in place to implement these in the near future. **What problems is LogicGate Risk Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** With LogicGate, we have been able to streamline our risk assessment process and equip business owners with the information they need to assess and mitigate risks on their own, with only consulting support from the risk and compliance function. Difficult to navigate to certain screens.
