I like that you can control what different types of viewers see and interact with at the UI layer. Additionally, mapping the workflows makes it easier to visualize and communicate with different stakeholders how processes work. **What do you dislike about LogicGate Risk Cloud?** There are some limitations on how Scheduled jobs interact with your workflows. Additionally, the UI can be a bit confusing to navigate for anyone who has not taken a lot of the training or has not built an app. Most bothersome is the lack of flexibility when it comes to the Layouts (views) on the app pages. It is surprising to see that these are static and have to be pre-defined ahead of time and do not allow users to interact with the filteres. **What problems is LogicGate Risk Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest issues we have today are Vendor Management, Control Framework Audits, and Incident Response. Following training, we are able to make most of the adjustments and add processes ourselves going forward. This is a huge bonus for us because a lot of the processes were developed as part of implementation (i.e. they did not exist in any other form outside of LogicGate). Now that we are moving into the operations stage, we are finding small tweaks that would make the process better and we can make those in minutes. Reporting also is very useful and very customisable. We can create reports ourselves and analyze information in a way that works best for us. The LogicGate sales and implementation teams have been fantastic to work with. Hands-down the favorite vendor. **What do you dislike about LogicGate Risk Cloud?** Nothing, so far! It works as intended and is very easy to adjust if we decide we need a tweak. Caveat: with building out unique processes, we have had to do a lot more testing than might be otherwise expected. But in the end, it was worth it. **Recommendations to others considering LogicGate Risk Cloud:** We looked at a total of 13 vendors and none of the other ones came close. **What problems is LogicGate Risk Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using it for Compliance Management. Prior to LogicGate implementation, we were using spreadsheets and shared folders for project management and process tracking. We are looking to use the productivity feature in order to assess average working time on each individual complaint accurately but it does not solve yet for this. Also, the Due Date feature is not currently working, it doesn't accurately depict what is late or within our internal SLAs. The best part about Logicgate is their team - they take adoption as serious as they take sales. Every company buys tools that sit in the box for ages before that get accepted or integrated in daily routine. Logicgate teams comes with subject matter expert and helped us get use to the tool. **What do you dislike about LogicGate Risk Cloud?** n/a the tool is ultra nimble - if you have a risk process they will adapt you will go from excel to automation in a jiffy. if you dont have one they have out of the box templates to help you. I've been working in the GRC space for 8 years now and have used and reviewed countless tools. We've all groaned at the monolithic Archer and other archaic solutions that feel like old-school waterfall technology models. Refreshing and modern was my feeling after only a few short sessions and demos with the LG team. The Compliance and Audit (C&A) space is one that is often neglected for improvement and scalability. In large organizations, this is often solved with massive C&A teams that are too bloated for their own good and result in redundant inquiries, redundant evidence requests, and far too many audits. This leaves the rest of the business burnt out from overwhelming audit fatigue. In order to solve these problems you have to build a better C&A machine. Once you can build that machine the next step is to get operating efficiently in a platform. Unfortunately, so many of today's GRC "solutions" don't even come close to being flexible or scalable enough, which leaves many companies with exorbitant professional service expenses or a cumbersome in-house development team. Enter LG. Scalability is gained in this platform due to the graph database. If used correctly, you can build out an organizational structure that not only reflects your business, but also the processes, controls, and services that operate underneath. Couple with a matured "common control framework", audit efficiencies are gained by being able to focus the platform on "test once and solve for many". Companies with complex C&A programs have the most to gain in this space as you can effectively maintain common controls and relevant service integrations to be as nimble as possible during testing. A few updates are easily maintained in LG as the business re-orgs, the C&A program grows, and to reflect joiners/movers/leavers. Flexibility is gained through their workflow model. Users can self-build workflows which reflect your unique business processes without needing professional services. Please note how incredible this is. I can build my own custom audit lifecycle that reflects how my company does testing, our sampling strategy, and how we make determinations on control operating effectiveness. As that changes, I can quickly adjust the workflow. As teams come and go and business processes mature, you can continue to create new workflows, decommission existing ones, and build complex interdependencies between them in an "object oriented" fashion. To a large degree, the sky is the limit in this space. Frankly I have yet to see any GRC solution that competes with these C&A competencies that LG offers. Finally, the entire staff that I've worked with have been rock stars. **What do you dislike about LogicGate Risk Cloud?** If I ***had*** to gripe, the LG team doesn't yet offer a robust data import tool resulting in this being the only area that requires professional services. The of the box templates are top-notch! Easy to use and manipulate templates, once you get the hang of how the product works. The company holds a lot of educational sessions that are excellent and their kick-off GRC conference was fantastic. **What do you dislike about LogicGate Risk Cloud?** Set-up and application modifications can be time-consuming. You almost need to have a full-time product admin on staff or someone who will be permanently responsible for changes. Product ramp-up time is moderate. Extra charges for API integrations and additional user licenses could outprice the platform for smaller businesses. **Recommendations to others considering LogicGate Risk Cloud:** My biggest recommendation is to understand your requirements and process outlines prior to implementation. I would also highly recommend that you ask that all of their out of the box templates be loaded prior to outlining your initial process set-up. It's highly possible that you'll be able to use their templates with only a few modifications rather than building something from scratch. Logicgate is extremely easy to use and if you ever have a question or require assistance their customer service team is top notch, always available and will ensure they assist you in any way possible. Logicgate has allowed us to automate so many processes while capturing an audit history as well as being used as a central repository. Gone are the days of random spreadsheets and email chains. The system also allows you to link relevant areas together so that you can have a complete image of your business through a variety of reporting. The system also offers a reporting tool which has a customizable dashboard that auto generates the newest information everytime that gives you a relevant overview of your processes. This definitely is a great feature and also allows leadership to have a quick reference point of current statuses. One of my favorite features however is the ease of customizability. This ability really has allowed us to make process align with our company. Logicgate continuously is making improvements and additions to the system. The Logicgate team also really listen and asks for customer feedback or areas of improvement. The best part is that they actually listen and implement these changes. I really can’t complement the customer service team enough. When annual or quarterly reviews need to be completed an assignment is automatically sent out for completion and the reviews are recorded in one place,mapped to the control.
