They did an outstanding job working through our initial build plan and then the many many extra sessions I had scheduled with them after our initial set of standard implenetation meetings. Charlie and Ashley were extremely knowledgable and willing to help at any time with the probably excessive amount of scrutinizing that myself and my manager did to our module to ensure it was perfect for our intial go-live needs. Thank you! **What do you dislike about LogicGate?** The initial process of working with the relationship coordinator was a little tricky for our internal project managers to align to their process. There was some misscommunication on both ends that lead to some project plan confusion. Nothing that we did not work out in the end to ultimately lead to a successfull implementation. **Recommendations to others considering LogicGate:** I would love to see a space where we can easily submit ideas for the product team to contemplate when making updates to the software. I have a lot of ideas to help make the system more user friendly. **What problems is LogicGate solving and how is that benefiting you?** My team was looking for a tool to allow us to have a single source of truth for all of the work we have done in establishing a SOX-404 implementation. The workflows are highly customizable and the fact that our Privacy team can adjust them directly and w/o technical knowledge is a game-changer. Most other platforms have fixed UI/UX and workflows that won't fit into our company's flows and processes, which is a key shortcoming. LogicGate makes reporting easy. The dashboards are fully customizable and easy to export into different formats - which helps generate value and give visibility to our Privacy program. For companies that have the chance to procure the onboarding, it's definitely worth it. The onboarding team is always available and eager to help us get the platform to meet our needs. **What do you dislike about LogicGate?** The only downside is not exactly a downside, but rather a choice of what works for your GRC program. It's a step up in price from other privacy platforms, but it comes down to what your company needs. If you need a highly customizable platform to centralize your whole program, it's the right call. If you need a simple application for a few tasks, maybe it's not. **Recommendations to others considering LogicGate:** LogicGate is a powerful platform. It's a different standard from other privacy platforms: more use cases and much more customizable. It fully allows companies to centralize their privacy programs. **What problems is LogicGate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before implementing LogicGate, we had trouble cataloging our privacy risks and controls, making accountability harder to demonstrate. It was also a challenge for us to catalog our data processing activities effectively and have a big picture of how and when we use data. Both of those issues are fully solved. The platform is easy to use and completely adjustable to any need you have, and does not lock you in to any out-of-the-box designs that don’t suit your needs. Whether we are tracking vendor compliance requirements, enterprise risk, incident management or contract management, our company has gained efficiency and transparency across the board. We have been able to take our vendor management and enterprise risk programs to the next level by working with LogicGate and taking advantage of all of the great new developments they make on a constant basis. The Reporting feature is the most powerful tool and has helped us gain insights and analytics we would not have been able to before. To add to all of that, LogicGate’s customer service is absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend LogicGate to any company looking for a GRC tool. **What do you dislike about LogicGate?** There really isn't anything I dislike about the Risk Cloud. If the tool does not have a feature I would like to see, I send them feedback and in every instance they have worked to get that feature developed and employed. **What problems is LogicGate solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been solving a variety of problems with the Risk Cloud. One example was we had risks that were really mitigated and needed to be removed from our risk registry but until we could show the data with LogicGate reporting, we had been unsuccessful. Once we were able to show the data using LogicGate, the risk were closed. This allowed us to begin focusing more on strategic risks and emerging risks rather than using time and energy on mitigated risks. With third party management, LogicGate Risk Cloud has helped us track and better analyze monitoring and auditing over a period of time. With this we are more able to quickly see trends and get the right conversations started based off of solid data. ### 18. It is so easy to build flows the way we want them. It is very easy to train new users, it is intuitive enough that some users started using it without training. For example, a separate tab for global fields to create, edit and see where those fields are used. Another example, it is currently not possible to provide granular access to the reports tab. It's customizable down the the layout you pick for end users to link certain attributes to (I wanted my stakeholders to link a control to a policy, snd I could customize how the policy fields (ID, Name, Owner) pop up for that person during the control evaluation phase. I also am obsessed with their personnel. Frustrated with your inability to see something clearly? Using the intercom chat it's as easy as slacking a coworker (unless you're like me and am currently the only person in your org supporting this application). Chatted with Dylan the whole day on and off, and was never turned away. **What do you dislike about LogicGate?** I couldn't find documentation as readily available for the small questions as I could for the big ones. "When do you reach out to your implementation specialist?" "When do you reach out for customer support?" "How do you go live?" Maybe it is out there, but I couldn't find it as quickly as I'd like. But then again, talking to CS was very helpful. I would really recommend doing the full implementation otherwise you'll be left 5 months after purchasing asking questions you could have gotten out of the way sooner. **Recommendations to others considering LogicGate:** Work heavily with your stakeholders beforehand to understand the tools they use for project management purposes. It may be worth seeing how logicgate (and other platforms) can integrate with those. This is a huge bonus for us because a lot of the processes were developed as part of implementation (i.e. they did not exist in any other form outside of LogicGate). Now that we are moving into the operations stage, we are finding small tweaks that would make the process better and we can make those in minutes. Reporting also is very useful and very customisable. We can create reports ourselves and analyze information in a way that works best for us. The LogicGate sales and implementation teams have been fantastic to work with. I've been working in the GRC space for 8 years now and have used and reviewed countless tools. We've all groaned at the monolithic Archer and other archaic solutions that feel like old-school waterfall technology models. Refreshing and modern was my feeling after only a few short sessions and demos with the LG team. The Compliance and Audit (C&A) space is one that is often neglected for improvement and scalability. In large organizations, this is often solved with massive C&A teams that are too bloated for their own good and result in redundant inquiries, redundant evidence requests, and far too many audits. This leaves the rest of the business burnt out from overwhelming audit fatigue. In order to solve these problems you have to build a better C&A machine. Once you can build that machine the next step is to get operating efficiently in a platform. Unfortunately, so many of today's GRC "solutions" don't even come close to being flexible or scalable enough, which leaves many companies with exorbitant professional service expenses or a cumbersome in-house development team. Enter LG. Scalability is gained in this platform due to the graph database. If used correctly, you can build out an organizational structure that not only reflects your business, but also the processes, controls, and services that operate underneath. Couple with a matured "common control framework", audit efficiencies are gained by being able to focus the platform on "test once and solve for many". Companies with complex C&A programs have the most to gain in this space as you can effectively maintain common controls and relevant service integrations to be as nimble as possible during testing. A few updates are easily maintained in LG as the business re-orgs, the C&A program grows, and to reflect joiners/movers/leavers. Flexibility is gained through their workflow model. Users can self-build workflows which reflect your unique business processes without needing professional services. Please note how incredible this is. I can build my own custom audit lifecycle that reflects how my company does testing, our sampling strategy, and how we make determinations on control operating effectiveness. As that changes, I can quickly adjust the workflow. As teams come and go and business processes mature, you can continue to create new workflows, decommission existing ones, and build complex interdependencies between them in an "object oriented" fashion. To a large degree, the sky is the limit in this space. Frankly I have yet to see any GRC solution that competes with these C&A competencies that LG offers. Finally, the entire staff that I've worked with have been rock stars. **What do you dislike about LogicGate?** If I ***had*** to gripe, the LG team doesn't yet offer a robust data import tool resulting in this being the only area that requires professional services. You almost need to have a full-time product admin on staff or someone who will be permanently responsible for changes. Product ramp-up time is moderate. Extra charges for API integrations and additional user licenses could outprice the platform for smaller businesses. **Recommendations to others considering LogicGate:** My biggest recommendation is to understand your requirements and process outlines prior to implementation. Initially we started with an implementation of just a ERM process. Now we currently have implemented into many areas of business. Logicgate is extremely easy to use and if you ever have a question or require assistance their customer service team is top notch, always available and will ensure they assist you in any way possible. Logicgate has allowed us to automate so many processes while capturing an audit history as well as being used as a central repository. Gone are the days of random spreadsheets and email chains. The system also allows you to link relevant areas together so that you can have a complete image of your business through a variety of reporting. The system also offers a reporting tool which has a customizable dashboard that auto generates the newest information everytime that gives you a relevant overview of your processes. This definitely is a great feature and also allows leadership to have a quick reference point of current statuses. One of my favorite features however is the ease of customizability. This ability really has allowed us to make process align with our company. Logicgate continuously is making improvements and additions to the system. The Logicgate team also really listen and asks for customer feedback or areas of improvement. The best part is that they actually listen and implement these changes. I really can’t complement the customer service team enough. The team is always great, available and have a passion and enthusiasm to assist you everytime. **What do you dislike about LogicGate?** There is nothing that I would mention here and that is because like I mentioned above if you ever find yourself in an area of system limitation the team will work with you to find an alternative solution and will do their best for future improvements. Reporting is evolving but their have been great improvements. **What problems is LogicGate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Centralization. Live Reporting and system reminders allow us to keep track of risks and upcoming items that are approaching. The system has also allows us to better engage and capture the information from multiple processes by being able to link processes together. You can get a basic process input and running in very little time compared to other programs we've evaluated. **What do you dislike about LogicGate?** Still a young platform so not all abilities are fully matured. They are adding new features and abilities constantly, so you need to be able to work with what is possible currently and go back to add more functionality later. **Recommendations to others considering LogicGate:** Very competent GRC platform with multiple capabilities. Young, energetic company who is growing and improving quickly. Not 100% mature yet, which has both positives and negatives: may not have every feature implemented yet as some other competitors, but don't have to deal with legacy systems and everything is very modern and well thought out. **What problems is LogicGate solving and how is that benefiting you?** LogicGate is allowing us to automate and integrate several of the companies GRC processes for increased efficiency and coordination. We hope to move the majority of our GRC based functions into LogicGate for maximum benefit in the coming years. ### 50. We started using Logic Gate in 2020 and had a great experience working with Mary Beth, our primary customer success manager. She was very attentive to our requests and helped create and adjust the workflows to best support our needs. **What do you dislike about LogicGate?** Lack of templates that can be merged and/or leveraged as a starting point to create workflows and processes. **What problems is LogicGate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a centralized controls management program has been really great as prior to LogicGate we were managing the program through spreadsheets. We're also planning to create other workflows to handle additional Compliance and Risk programs in the coming months.
