Recommendations to others considering Logic Pro X:
If you're new to producing, Logic Pro X is a terrific program to learn the ropes of music production, and it's all-angles application in music production, podcast editing, and film sound editing makes it a very versatile tool for other kinds of creators as well. For the $200 price point it is also well-worth the money, and you get plenty of features that you'll be using for years after buying. Make good use of YouTube tutorials and other web-guides when you first start using the program, you will learn quickly. Also make an effort to use the program as often as possible, perhaps once a day if you can, in order to learn the program quickly and efficiently. Don't be afraid to hop into the program to mess around for a little while, try out different plugins, and mess around with melodies to get a feel for how everything works. What problems is Logic Pro X solving and how is that benefiting you?
How best to utilize samples in the new multi-sampler tool. The new Logic update has significantly enhanced the experience, and I've been reaping the benefits of this especially. I'm also not incredibly satisfied with some of the stock plugins, so I've been trying out some third party ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
