**What do you like best about LogBook360?**

I use LogBook360 for visitor and security management in our gated community. It has made our daily life much more convenient and secure. Managing guests is incredibly simple, and the entire process is seamless and hassle-free, which I really appreciate when friends or relatives visit. The enhanced security has given us greater peace of mind by ensuring that only authorized visitors can enter the premises. Knowing that every visitor is recorded and monitored makes me feel much safer. The biggest improvement for me has been in visitor verification. I also love how delivery parcels are securely collected at the front desk, allowing me to conveniently pick them up when entering the community, minimizing the risk of missed deliveries. Earlier, my parcels were lost due to lack of management, but now with LogBook360, I update the system about parcel arrivals in advance, and it's stored safely until I collect it. The installation support and training were also helpful, allowing us to handle the system with ease.

**What do you dislike about LogBook360?**

For 1 day or 2 day delivery, LogBook360 is good, but when it comes to 10-minute delivery or instant delivery by Blinkit or Swiggy Instamart, it is a tedious process as we need to repeatedly go to the gate to collect the parcel.

**What problems is LogBook360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogBook360 simplifies visitor management and enhances security by restricting unauthorized access. It ensures secure parcel collection, preventing losses and offering convenience, especially for residents not at home during deliveries.
